I have been trained at this center more than once. Qualified specialists who will not just tell you the program, but will try to explain to you what and how, and not refer to one or another article in the law or rule. Strict but fair. I have asked for advice on a particular issue several times and always received an answer. There was no such thing- there is no time or I am busy. I think these are the most competent teachers in Gomel. I advise everyone who plans to get an international certificate and ADR.
