A good carrier. We drove from Pskov to Tallinn. The driver was alone, which is strange (they got used to two :)), polite, pleasant, copes with his job.
The bus is comfortable. Good discounts for children.
You can put it on a par with Anniston and Sovauto. Ecolines and Lux Express benefit from televisions and a coffee machine. Otherwise, there is no obvious difference in the provision of services.

We arranged a trip from Tallinn to St. Petersburg, we were satisfied. Comfortable and clean buses, free bottled water, toilet on the bus, comfortable temperature. I would like to mention the driver separately - in a suit, a white shirt and pressed trousers. 5 points.
The dispatcher is the sweetest and most friendly woman. She was in touch at any time of the day or night. She answered questions very promptly and guided me according to the situation. In general, we were very satisfied and we will definitely book a trip only through them next time.
