Pizza and doner are delicious self-service, the staff is friendly. Today we were treated to ice cream it was very pleasant. You can safely order delicious, satisfying quickly. We went with our daughters to have a snack at Balsheker and got French fries. My daughters wanted to drink, we had our own drink with us, they just asked for a cup, but they didn't give it to us. They had reusable glasses, but they refused because we didn't buy a drink from them. It's petty and unpleasant, especially considering that we've already been clients. I had to go to the store for disposable cups. There is still a residue — I would like a little more kindness and understanding, especially when it comes to children.
