There is a great lake and a sandy beach, everything else is very frustrating. There is no service at all, the price does not match the quality of the services provided. There are air conditioners only in some rooms, even fans are not in all rooms. With such intense heat, it's very bad. Everything is old, not well maintained, the recreation area does not try for its customers, people come here only because there is no alternative, not because they like this place.... This is very upsetting.... if there was a service, it would be the best place...

Recently, we visited the Balkhash Lepsy recreation center, which is located on the picturesque coast of Lake Balkhash in Kazakhstan. The trip left a lot of impressions that I would like to share. It took 5 hours to get from Almaty there, everything would be nothing but a broken wheel there and back. There are still 30 km left to be done. we were driving over cut stones, which led to a punctured wheel. Thank God our country is not without kind people who helped us change the wheel. And we moved on.
Arriving at the place, we were not much shocked by the recreation center. No money has been invested in this base for 20 years since the construction. All the walls are mildewed, the shower and toilet are in terrible condition. The rooms stink and are not ventilated. to my indignation, I was told to go rest. the whole area is dirty. Thank God that Balkhash himself impressed us with his water. Balkhash water is a mix of Alakol and Issyk -Kul. Soft salty water, which is very useful and most importantly white sand. the thrill is unreal. We didn't get out of the water at all. The dining room is normal. but for the money that people pay, it would be possible to put the recreation area in order. in the 21st century, well, you can't do that. there are very good people in Leps themselves who are very much waiting for the completion of the construction of the road and that the whole of Almaty will go on vacation. We decided to buy a spacious tent as a family and try to rest in a tent. Balkhash, we fell in love with you. But not in this Recreation Area)))

The area is just terrible, unsanitary conditions, stink in the rooms, there are no tiles in the shower, the sink on the wires barely holds, the dampness of the walls is wet, and locusts do not even poison them, they are everywhere in the corridor, room, dining room, toilet, children just got one stress, wasted money, time, nerves, children in the evening, they couldn't even take a walk from this locust, and which pool is dirty and full of locusts, the water hasn't been changed in three days, it is changed 1 time in 7 days, the dining room also leaves much to be desired, the prices are space, where do you get such prices??? When asked to provide a fan, they sent us far away, they said they didn't like it, go away, we'll rent the rooms without you😂it was just something, but how they praised their zone before that, that cartoons for children in the evenings, yeah , with our arrival everything broke down for them, and the refrigerator and the projector🤦🏻♀️the administrator in general somehow not adequate, aggressive, even afraid to approach her😂the king and god are there, young girls work in the dining room, but they are so aggressive, in the end they were already afraid to ask for something so that they would not burst with anger, even my daughter said let's go home, I'm scared here😂no longer foot here, on the way we went home to the neighboring boarding houses, everything is cool there, even there is Wi-Fi, it's a pity that we didn't see them earlier
