1. Insurance is MANDATORY for purchase, without it you will not be given a bike. This is not explicitly indicated on the website when choosing a bike, i.e. the price indicated for renting a bike will actually be 1.5 or 2 times more.
2. The bike is returned at the time agreed with the manager. That is, if the manager tells you that he can only pick it up from 10 to 11 of the last day, then you probably have to agree with this. For example, I wanted to hand over the bike closer to 19-00 (which corresponds to according to the agreement), but I was told that the latest available time is 18-00

I immediately chose this company for myself while driving around Bali. The main thing for me was peace of mind and insurance, even though I had 20 years of driving experience in a car and 5 years on a scooter in the village (personal scooter). And what do you think after 7 days in a narrow street (we don't have such narrow streets), I didn't leave with a local biker and scratched and broke the mirror on my bike in order to avoid a collision with a local one (I wouldn't have gotten away with it there), and I got a little hurt. I informed the guys, the support is in Russian, they asked if I was okay and when to replace the mirror, and for less than $30 for insurance, they came and changed the mirror, if there was something more serious, they would have changed the bike.
I was just stunned by such a service, and most importantly, at the time I set, they brought the bike and took it away.
I spend at least $4,000 on vacations, and nothing should disrupt my vacation.
I have never received such a service in any country.
I don't understand how to take it without insurance and constantly worry about what they'll tell me if they drop it or scratch the 3rd face. I enjoyed my vacation and let everyone do their own thing.

We took a Honda vario, everything is gorgeous. The bike was taken according to a preliminary agreement at the location during. We took a trunk, there was also a phone holder, if you plan to travel around the island, this is a must have. In 10 days, we rolled something about 825km - it was cool, though if you have a lot of travelers and things in total of 150kg - take it with an engine capacity of more than 150cc because it's hard on the ascents wherever at the entrance to the location of Lahangan sweet, nung nung waterfall if you come from the north of the island or similar where it is required climbing mountains.

I drove carefully, not a single clash with other scooters or cars. Traffic requires alertness only in Kuta, as for me, the rest is easy. Be careful and attentive on the roads, there really are no rules here.

I came to the conclusion that the Russian–language service is the most convenient and the best. I rented a car for the January holidays without collateral or deposits. I was offered a Daihatsu Rocky, and I gladly accepted. This is an ideal option for Balinese traffic: good ground clearance and compact dimensions.
The car was delivered on time, and the courier was punctual. The car turned out to be clean and generally in good condition, although it had scratches and signs of use. But after getting to know the local traffic and driving style, I was surprised how the car was preserved in such a state at all!
As for the car itself: the interior is clean and sparkling, there is tinting, including the windshield, which turned out to be a big plus. The car is equipped with everything you need, including CarPlay.
The delivery of the car went smoothly too. The courier arrived on time, although we were a little late due to our carelessness. Inspection of the car took a minimum of time. I took out the trash in advance and filled up the full tank, as agreed.
If I come to Bali again in the future, I will definitely rent a car from this company!

Yes, it's mandatory here, but it's definitely worth it. I repeat, the bikes were taken fresh, the mileage was less than 3,000km. One of the bikes fell in the parking lot and suffered cosmetic damage (clearly visible and deep). I sent a video recording of the damage and.... that's it. Nothing more was required of me. The guys kept their word and everything went to the insurance account - in a word, respect and respect. If I ever go to this wonderful island, I will apply again.

There was a nuance with a pass to the toll road, it would be good if they added information to the memo that you can buy a card right at the checkpoint, when passing, from an employee for 100 rupees, and not only in supermarkets) We spent a couple of hours trying to find this map, but without success, and took the free road, plus 30 minutes.
It was a little unusual to move in the north of the island, narrow roads and a lot of serpentines, the navigator does not warn about this) The roads are generally very narrow everywhere except in the center.
We drove the whole island around the perimeter, very beautiful! I recommend it!

I want to leave my feedback after the experience of renting a car from Balimoushen. We scratched the car door, quite a bit, no damage to the metal or even the primer. Only the paint was slightly erased. But the company charged us three times the cost of painting the door. We found out the prices in advance, the repair of such damages costs 500,000 rubles. While it's obvious that they don't paint or repair the car after every damage, the dent on the left is not our damage. We rented a car in a circle. But they charged us one and a half million rupees for the scratch.
We talked to the manager about it all day, but he didn't go to the meeting even a millimeter. It feels like the company is just shelling out money for every little thing.
We won't rent anything from them anymore and we don't recommend it to anyone.

We duplicated useful tips on traffic in Bali, and also sent a video instruction on the basic functions of the bike. They can also recommend a school for learning to ride a bike (I took it last year). Insurance is required. I drove into the pit unsuccessfully - the plastic on the bottom cracked a little and came off, but it did not interfere with driving at all. They offered to fix it quickly, but since the lease was already like at the end, I kindly refused. I scratched my bike last year - also without any penalties. Insurance really gives you confidence.

We took a Honda PCX bike for two people for 2 weeks. We didn't think much, we looked at the recommendations on the Baliforum and turned here.
We wrote off in the Telegram, discussed the wishlist (we also needed a trunk and two full-face helmets). Insurance is added to the price on the website. The circle turned out to be about 900 rubles / day + gasoline. These stools consume about 2.5liters / 100km of gasoline, the tank is enough for about 250-300km.
At the designated time, the bike was brought to the hotel, signed a contract, handed over the money, received additional instructions and set off. At the end of the lease, they also wrote off, marked the time and took the bike away from the hotel.
As a result, I liked everything, the guys are very sociable, if I go to Bali again, I will come to them)

The car and bike were delivered to a convenient place for us, directly to the villa, then picked up elsewhere (from our hotel). Everything is in Russian (except for couriers who bring and pick up vehicles, but they speak English well, and if anything, you can always resolve any issue in a telegram with the administrator). I paid using the link from TG - which is very convenient when you just arrived and you don't have cash yet.
Later it turned out that the same bikes are rented at the hotel, but the price from Balimoushn turned out to be more profitable.
During operation, the trim of the immobilizer was found, a replacement bike was given for the duration of the repair and 2 leases were compensated.
We also took the bike from the hotel at a convenient time for me.
