Good bikes
When problems with the bike arose, they immediately gave me a new one, so my plans to go to the other end of the island were not disrupted)
They were ready to return the old one the same day
And the bikes are intact, they never let me down on the road, during emergency braking, overtaking, off-road - everything is ok

Great service! Almost new bikes, helpful support, and they provide lots of tips and tricks. The insurance works well. I had a minor accident, and there weren't any hidden fees or issues. It all motivates me to explore more and more places)

Excellent service, we took a bike for two days and a car for 9 days, traveled the whole island of Bali by car.
The equipment is in excellent condition, pick up and return at a convenient time, technical support is timely and friendly, all instructions are clear and understandable.
We took full insurance so as not to worry about safety, because the movement in Bali is my respect :)
I recommend this company for comprehensive cooperation!
The car was picked up at 19:00 on the last day of the rental by agreement.
