The choice of hotels is not great in Ekibastuz, especially through booking com. The hotel is normal to spend the night, but do not be surprised by the noise or sighs at night, since the hotel also offers rooms for half a day, which is convenient if you need to rest a little from the road, on the other hand, I think young people use it :-)
Everything seemed to be in the room. They don't have a cafe to eat, as far as I remember. There is a check-in for cars in a closed part of the territory.

Unfortunately, the service is terrible, I booked a room. The administrator asks for 10 thousand as a deposit, there is no such thing in any country in the world)))). I agreed to accept the reservation, after 20 minutes they called back and refused, they could not explain the reason, the Administrator was rude. I ask the management to take into account that the staff accepts the reservation then refuses, it is very unpleasant.

"Unfortunately, my experience of staying at the Bakhytle Hotel left a lot to be desired, especially in terms of service and administrative processes. The main disadvantage was the delay in providing the necessary documents. Despite my repeated requests and promises from the administration, the documents were provided late, which led to significant inconveniences in planning my further trips and meetings. I would also like to note that the overall impression of the service remained lower than expected: the staff, although friendly, seemed insufficiently prepared for a quick solution to emerging problems. Taken together, these moments made my stay at the hotel less pleasant than I expected. I hope the hotel administration will take measures to improve the quality of service and organizational processes in the future."

But the strangest thing is that in the rooms below the junior suite there are not even glasses and water, There is another oddity, the administrator can start banging on the room at one o'clock in the morning, because it seemed that someone was smoking.
