It's a good place. Inexpensive coffee, a large selection of desserts and other pastries. There are breakfasts. Pleasant service. The only negative for me is that 90% of the cakes are sooo sweet and many are also greasy due to the "heavy" cheese cream. I tried a lot (you can take a piece at a time), the most low-fat and not cloying seemed to be "Spartak" - it resembles homemade cakes. The "Milk Girl" seemed to be quite good, as it was delicate with fruity notes. For those who like really sweet desserts, this is your place. But I would like to have more choice of light fruit and not sickly sweet. I also couldn't find anything chocolate (or caramel)-nutty for my husband, so that nuts wouldn't just be used as decoration.

Excellent pastry shop in the center of Mogilev. There is a large selection of desserts, sweet and savory pastries. Of the desserts, I can recommend a mousse Snickers, it is very tasty with nuts. Of the not very sweet ones, raspberry and mango. 3 chocolates balanced and very delicate. The coffee shop is also interesting. Of the cakes, I can mention lavender and honey cake with fruits. There's a banana inside the honey bean, which is quite an interesting combination. The pastries are also fresh.
In the evening, all desserts are sold out and there are a lot of people after 18, so if you want a quiet and cozy atmosphere, it would be wrong to choose this time, it's noisy and bustling, it's better to take it with you.
The toilet is spacious and clean, the entrance is by code.

Overall a great place. Coffee price/quality/taste are on the same level. The baking is pretty good too. But the author's tea (previously my favorite) has gone bad from the word at all. They used to be delicious and full-bodied. Sea buckthorn ginger, for example, used to pamper the client with good-thickness half-rings of lemon and orange. Now, it's not chvi, but colored water. I bought it with cloves, they put lemon on it for show, the tea is absolutely tasteless. Three stars for that. Bring back the normal tea that used to be. The best coffee shop in Mogilev definitely. It is unlikely that you will find tastier coffee anywhere in the city. The cakes/pastries are top notch, and the pastries will delight with their variety. minuses:
- BREAKFAST is served only on weekdays. Are you guys serious? Even if it is provided with a high load, make breakfast only at a limited hour when the load is not so big. From 9 to 12, for example. From 9 to 11 in the end. It's so logical that a person woke up on Saturday morning and went to eat somewhere outside the house... I am sure that this idea will bring you more profit than serving breakfast on weekdays. And yes, please add it to the FIRST page in the current (inst) or to include information that breakfast is only served on weekdays. It shouldn't be on the 3rd post in the actual one, and even in the video. It's disrespectful to the people who choose you.
- STAFF - we were seated right next to the waiter's counter, but this did not affect the speed of service in any way. The dirty dishes were taken away from me, but the young man did not. The waiters were on their phones, talking about their business, and we were sitting with dirty dishes and waiting for the bill to be offered. Oh, and the cake fork was brought so that it was in the cake... I see no reason to bring the dishes already In a plate, and not put them next to the table, even if just in a napkin. And the service speed otherwise leaves much to be desired.
- The bathroom. I still don't understand this combination lock system, okay. I was amused by the moment with the glued diffuser... OK, they're being stolen - hang the glade from the ceiling. Well, or the same diffuser. You should also hang paper on a chain. It shows either your contingent or your attitude towards it.
- TEA - something strange was going on here. First, we took tea in a cup and brought 250 ml. Then we decided to buy tea to take away - we were given a glass for about 400-450 ml. For one price. This is strange.
Overall, I have a pretty good impression, but I definitely need to work on the staff and on my attitude towards clients. If a competitor of your level with loyal staff appears in the city, then you will lose very quickly.

I consider this bakery to be the best in the country. A huge selection of products, and even insanely tasty and at reasonable prices.
But! The coffee shop itself is something inadequate.
Why does a coffee shop have a waiter's ordering system in principle, if this waiter can't cope with the word at all? It is forbidden to order by yourself and sit down at the table with products, only for takeaway. I.e., as a customer, I am driven into a stalemate from the start, where I will wait. Waiting is half the trouble, the waiters are not trained in the culture of behavior. If there is a place on the long countertop where the couple is sitting, the waiter climbs specifically between tightly seated people. After my remark "no need to stick between us, put it on the side, thank you", the girl put the plates with cakes on the table with such force that the sprinkles from the cake just ended up on the table next to me. The moment when the very presence of a waiter interfered absolutely at all stages of our stay in the coffee shop.
To finish it off, when a little later we returned to buy a cake with ourselves, standing in line at the window, a cleaner drove into me with a floor cleaner yelling "Careful!". What she wanted at the same time from a person standing in line and not having eyes on his back, and a place to maneuver in front of him is a mystery.
In general, there are 5 stars for the products, and 1 star for the staff in a purely human way, because you need to learn how to work with people, guys.

- the waiters do not know the menu
- more than 70% of the items on the menu are missing, moreover, for some reason, the positions are indicated, which, according to the waitress, are not cooked here anymore. Then why put them in the menu?

My advice to you is to fire all this crowd of waiters and better hire a cleaner who will wipe the tables. Given the leaky menu, it's easier to place an order at the checkout by choosing from the showcase. The new format of the institution corresponds to this.
