The restaurant is ok but not delicious. The service is good. The room is pretty good. There may be some nose from the outside equipment like kitchen ventilation. No ventilation in the bathroom and in the room - the only way to keep CO2 reasonable is opening the window. The pool is small and has very stuffy air, and closes at 9. The location is great. The hotel beach is very basic and water access is quite dirty, so we drove to another beach by car.

rooms are cleaned the first day, the next ones are dumped, even sometimes the soap washer is not delivered (we had a room on the second floor with a terrace)
there is no ventilation in the room in the toilet, it is stuffy to the point of stupefaction, the shower flows

It's a nice hotel, everything is so simple and modest. But cozy. The pool is small, but when there was a sauna, the steam room did not work for some reason. The staff is friendly and courteous. The menu doesn't shine with variety, although the food is quite tasty.

A wonderful hotel! A room on the 3rd floor with a view of the lake, a floor-to-ceiling window allows you to enjoy the view from the very early morning! The hotel has everything you need for a good rest: the hammam is good, the Finnish sauna is excellent, there is a salt room (we did not use the cue) I was pleased with the decent pool, there is a deep part and a shallower one for children. I really liked the biotope massage, just an opening for me. There is a restaurant in the hotel. The kitchen is quite edible, we had breakfast included. On days when there are few visitors (we were out of season yet), breakfast is served personally, and when there are a lot of people, they make a buffet. Everything is quite edible, fresh pastries, porridges, omelets, some vegetables and fruits, yoghurts, food is also provided for children. There is a children's playground on the 4th floor, but we didn't go up, I can't tell you more. Everything is comfortable in the room. Nice bed, pillows, linen, bathrobes and towels . I was pleased with the shower cabin with a normal door. There is a TV with several normal channels in the room, it was nice to walk through the woods and fall asleep to good old movies. And the nature around is awesome. You can walk 20-30 minutes to Okzhetpes, the boat station and in the other direction to the village of Burabai along a beautiful path along the lake.

Great location, great view from the window if the room is facing the lake. A good area for walking and relaxing, large Parking for cars. Friendly staff, spacious breakfast room, comfortable rooms. There is a small swimming pool, just right for children.

On the picturesque shore of Lake Borovoe, in a protected area, across the street from the hiking trail - a great location.
Friendly staff. Nice, big rooms. I didn't like the pillows - they were too hard and high for me. And I do not know why, but in all hotels in Kazakhstan (I went to 3 different ones during the trip) there was a problem with cleaning the bathroom - smudges, drops on the door jambs.
The hotel has good food. It is better to order coffee for breakfast for a fee at the bar if coffee is important to you. Sometimes an ambiguous combination of products in a dish. Very slow service, keep in mind if you are limited in time, it is better to ask for an invoice right away.
What struck me was the SPA. Do they wash the pool often??? I'm not sure, the sides have a disgusting smell. There is no ventilation in the shower, there are just pieces of insulation hanging down. A hamam with dangerous, hot air on the legs.
But! Maybe this is the best option.

The restaurant is good, delicious. prices are above average, but generally the norm. The hotel grounds are nice.
Rooms with lake views...but not all, you have to pay extra.
If they find fault...there are a lot of little things for such prices... traces of dead insects on the walls and ceiling, worn carpet, stripped thresholds, etc.

I really liked the hotel, the location is very good, there is one beauty around, the rooms are cool, live, better than in the photo of their website, sooo clean, everything is very neat, you can even say it is licked, it is very nice to check in there, sleep on comfortable, clean beds. The territory of the hotel is cool, it is very beautiful on it, and there is nothing superfluous, like stalls with corn, popcorn, cotton candy and souvenir shops, it looks stylish and expensive. The staff is very polite, the girls at the reception are very pleasant, the pool is a gym, everything is a pleasant bonus, they used it all, visited, the breakfasts are good, they try very hard, the kitchen is not for 5, but not bad, but the bar is of course for 3, I couldn't drink cocktails, although I tried very hard, so it's better to take it right away beer, so as not to waste money on them, although I really wanted to have a pleasant evening with a cocktail, but these are small things, because we had a great time there, we really liked everything.

Very good location - right in the resort area. You can park the car and don't touch it anymore while you rest. Walking distance to all places is quite close. There is a swimming pool, an excellent hammam, sauna, gym, private restaurant and a summer veranda. Rooms with terraces are top. There are disadvantages, but they are few and I do not want to talk about them.

We were with our family in the summer building (70,000 tenge) for 2 adults and 1 child.
The room needs renovation, especially the bathroom. The stated 70,000 tenge per day does not correspond in any way.
The beach at the hotel is probably the dirtiest and smallest in the whole Borovoye.
The prices in the restaurant are too high.

A lovely modern hotel, with excellent service and location. Probably the best in its class. The pool is small but cozy and has all the basic options - sauna, hammam, infrared room. A restaurant with quality dishes. A small disadvantage is that there is no draft beer.

The opening of this year. The location is gorgeous, the room with a terrace is a top, we stayed twice. There were no available rooms several times. Wonderful sports and children's playground. The summer restaurant is one continuous pleasure! Special thanks for the delicious cuisine! Eggplant salad paradise is just a delight. There seemed to be a problem with the steaks. Fish, salmon, and dorado are the tastiest. The pitch is great. The view is gorgeous.
The spa area. A little small considering that the hotel is full house. We liked the hotel very much, we would like to visit it in winter. Breakfast is enough.

The rooms are not worth the money, repairs are needed, the cleaning is poor, the administration does not respond to requests, the shower cabin is leaking, there is no ventilation in the san node, there is no noise insulation. We rented a room with a terrace, it was generally not the right decision to put partitions between neighbors with a height of only 1 meter. A lot of drunks, smokers.
The food is basically normal, but because of the summer buildings, people sometimes lack food at breakfast! In the spa area, they drink alcohol from glassware, they didn't like it at all. The beach is not well maintained, there are a lot of stones in the water, the water is dirty.

One of the best hotels in Borovoye . The breakfast buffet is good. The service is above all praise , which is rarely found in Barovoye . The rooms are cleaned daily , all wishes are taken into account . I don't think the price is too high because the level of service , the location of the hotel is excellent. I recommend it to everyone, I'm going to visit it again in a couple of weeks, if there are rooms.

We visited the terrace of this hotel. I liked the place, it feels like everything is new and clean. Everything is beautiful at the reception, interesting design solutions in the interior.
We ordered coffee, cheesecake and tea. Everything is average in taste and serving. Desserts are not prepared by themselves, they are purchased. When the coffee arrived, it was already frothy and cold. Well, it is still impossible to find a service at the Borovoye level - you need to take it more calmly!

Excellent value for money. We booked during the season and in a short time - by some miracle we found rooms for 4 nights. I had to combine it with other hotels and I can say that it is best here :) more comfortable rooms, more adequate staff, a summer building with a large number of beds in the room. Here you are always in the park, they give you a pass for free entry. There is a place to play with the ball. There is even its own beautiful rock, and if you climb under the fence, there will be the shortest and most comfortable road to the mountains with stunning views of 3 lakes.
