In principle, a good hotel. There is a huge and well-maintained territory, a nice and clean beach, large and clean rooms, but a few old and a little worn out. The show is every night. But I didn't like a lot of things, there is always a feeling that something has not been completed. All cocktails are made at speed, often you are given cocktails that have already been prepared. The food is often not tasty, in general this is the norm for this country. Meat is always like "rubber". Will I return to this country? Probably more than once. Will I return to this hotel? Definitely not, I think the hotel will be 100% different. The country is not bad, it's interesting to just relax here.

In the Dominican Republic 6 times.It's just terrible... The hotel has 3 huge disadvantages (I have met this 1 time in my whole life) massive scandals at the reception about the rooms. They're just dead in the trash. Something is not working in every room. Everyone is being relocated with a scandal. We connected the guide and only after that we were given a room where it also partially does not work ( refrigerator , telephone , floor lamp ) but these are small things, compared to the fact that in many rooms the ficalia pour directly onto the floor....of course, I'm not talking about cleaning.... I have to beg for shampoo, as well as towels. There are no laundry bags and of course there is no paper in the rooms with 0 information even with phones. The second disadvantage is the staff . Everyone just doesn't give a shit about anything and everything. They just either don't notice you, or they lie that they will do everything, but in fact 0. Because something doesn't work in the second room, I asked for 2 days to fix it, but everything is in the same place. The third disadvantage is the excellent Guides))) they are generally rare, but here Polina and her 2 colleagues are just tin. They didn't tell me about the hotel at all. The first day we, and there were several new couples, were looking for lunch. Then I barely managed to get the guide to arrive and move out of room 1.
