That's what it means to visit an institution for the first time, be disappointed and never come back.
The staff's aversion. They dialed to find out about the reservation of the table, refused and offered to take the order with them after the fact. On the spot, the cooking time was announced as 40 minutes. After 50 minutes, when asked how long to expect an order, they said at least 20 more. As a result, they returned half of the order after another 20 minutes. When asked when to expect the rest, the answer was - all questions about the kitchen. There was a request to invite the administrator, he had to be expected, and when asked about the waiting time for the second part of the order, the answer was received - "And the second part, in principle, cannot be." There is also a possibility that the received part of the order was the order of a guest who refused it in front of us, due to the constant increase in waiting time. So after waiting an indefinite amount of time, you could get nothing at all, it's just absurd. The staff, to put it mildly, does not understand how to communicate with the client. There was not a single apology or suggestion of an alternative to resolve the current situation from the staff. Maintaining cleanliness in the hall and timely cleaning of tables is a separate topic. I highly do not recommend it. The cuisine is mediocre, the atmosphere is completely unfriendly.
We've booked a table for the gastrofest. We come, there are a lot of people. The only thing we were immediately offered was a bar table. The question is, why? We booked in advance, we should have warned you if you were booking such a place. Then we were transferred to the flight deck. It was terribly cold, I couldn't feel my legs. They brought the set with the wrong sauce (barbecue was prescribed, ketchup was brought). Not only was the sauce wrong, but it was also brought in after a while, when all the food had cooled down.
Speaking of food, the potatoes were initially hard and cold to the point where you could break a tooth. The ribs were brought so that you can clean the bones there, no meat.
The service is at zero. Would you like to place an order? Go from the flight deck to the cash register. Do you want to pay at the terminal? Go to the checkout.
There is no interest in customers.
