I made an appointment for a manicure at 10:00. I set up all my plans for this, a working day. I arrived at the time, no one was in place, neither the administrator nor the masters, the door was closed. There is no phone number in the profile, and Yandex.Direct did not respond. As a result, they did not come, I waited 15 minutes. Yandex. direct then formally replied "we apologize" and did not even explain the situation why this happened, did not offer any solutions to the problem, banally reschedule the recording, make a discount, whatever. After I wrote to them in detail that it was not OK to react to the situation in this way, they re-wrote their "apologies". It's like some kind of mockery. The administrator's disgusting approach to his work, even the record cannot be tracked normally. The fact that the salon is closed during its working hours is at least a violation of the work schedule. I have ruined my plans for the day, such behavior can greatly let people down. I do not recommend the salon to anyone, I am not going to visit it

All the girls are not experienced. I've had manicures and pedicures a couple of times, all with joints. I do not recommend it. The administration does not particularly want to resolve issues amicably, apparently it will do.
