A cool budget hotel, the rooms are modest, but very clean. They are cleaned every day . Friendly staff. The location is excellent. There are two beaches nearby Karon and Kata. Katana carries a transfer . Nearby there are fruits , shops , cafes , inexpensive. I liked Karon beach the most. Nearby there are inexpensive fruits and cafes and restaurants with good prices. Katanoi beach is cool and clean, but everything is more expensive there , including fruits and cafes . And on karon you can hide under palm trees, in kata there are sun beds with an umbrella and they do not protect from the scorching sun .

Room service was good, towels were changed every day, and cleaning was also provided. Water was brought every day. Clear. The staff is friendly. The location is convenient in principle, close to shops and even a fruit market. You can walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes on foot, there is a shuttle service to the beach for those who do not like to walk. The breakfasts are delicious, but monotonous. If you are late for breakfast, be prepared that there may be no food left. It's been hot in the restaurant for the last two days, so they didn't turn on the air conditioner, apparently so that the guests wouldn't sit for a long time. The big disadvantage is the bathroom with toilet. The shower is right next to the toilet and when you take a shower, the water pours onto the toilet, since there is no fence. The room has a fridge, kettle, and safe, but it wasn't working. I wish there was coffee, tea, and sugar in the room, but there wasn't any. The hotel draws on a weak four.

We are currently staying at this hotel, everything is very good. The deposit for the room is 1000bat / 50$. The check-in is quick, the room is normal size, cozy and clean. The furniture is not tired, except for the chairs. The refrigerator is large, with a freezer, kettle, hairdryer and TV - everything is working. The hair dryer is in the drawer, but there is no outlet in the bathroom. The bathroom is standard for a hot tub shower top, not removable, the curtain is not provided. Cleaning at your request - if you put up a DO NOT DISTURB sign, the maid will leave water at the door, if you put up a CLEANING sign, she will wash the floors, dishes, wipe the surfaces and replace the bath towels. WiFi is FREE in the hotel, each room has its own. By the pool too. The quality is good, it does not lag.
The pool in the courtyard of the second building is small, but clean and 1.4 m deep, with a separate pool for children nearby. There are not many sun beds and umbrellas, but there are always free ones. There is a billiard table (American), 1h/150bat. There is a bar with cocktails and smoothies, everything is very tasty.
Breakfasts from 07.00 to 10.00 are not varied, but delicious: fried eggs, soup, padtai with chicken, sausage rolls, toasts, watermelon, rice/potatoes, tea/coffee/water/juice. It's very good for breakfast.
The location of the hotel is very convenient - in a quiet street, you can not hear the noise of cars and tourists. The beach is 15 minutes away at a leisurely pace, there is parking for a bike. The shuttle goes to the beaches of Kata and Kata Noi 3 and 1 times, towels and sun beds can be taken near the entrance to the 1st building under the painting and returned in the evening. Everything is washed and put out again in the morning.
The staff is very nice and helpful. I recommend the hotel primarily to those who prefer to walk a lot and explore the areas around, to those who are ready to ride a bike to interesting places. If you are used to relaxing OUTSIDE the hotel, it can be boring.
