The hotel, of course, has its own three-star standards))we had a rest from 06.03 to 11.03.2025 They don't wipe the dust off, I wiped it myself. There is no hot (warm) water at all. I don't feel comfortable washing my hair with cold water, they heated the water with a kettle. Towels are changed every day. The breakfasts are monotonous (for the pre-order). It's a 15-minute walk to Kata Beach, but the beach is so-so. Karon is 10 minutes away, the beach is good. Sun beds are 100 baht per person. The room was given a view of the pool, which was very lucky. And we were lucky that we checked in right away, we arrived at 5 a.m. Check-in is at 14.00. The saddest thing is the guide, Ekaterina is a daring young lady who we got. "Biblio Globus", having learned that we do not take a paid tour, lost interest in us. We had a trip for a week, and we didn't really want to go on excursions. We decided to go on a sightseeing tour, but they didn't even tell us the time (We rented a bike in front of the hotel (the most reasonable prices). We looked at what we needed. Traffic in Thailand is normal. Bottom line: everything is fine, but Vietnam is closer to us.

The hotel is cozy, I had a room with a view of the pool, which is far away.early in the morning, birds were awakened by singing, roosters.Towels were changed every day, and the floor was swept. If you ask, they clean the floors.The breakfasts were quite good, pancakes from the vending machine, the Thai cooked a choice of fried eggs, an amlet. Fruits include sliced watermelon, pineapple, sometimes melon or papaya. Tea, coffee. Baking is not enough. You can make your own toasts. Go to the sea along the roadway for 5 minutes, then turn onto the street at the side of the beach. I was in Phuket for the first time. There are no changing rooms, showers, or toilets on the beach. This is probably the norm for Thailand. Therefore, I recommend, for those who care, to choose a hotel directly across the street from the sea. There were days at the beginning of May, the rainy season began and because of the strong waves it was not possible to swim may. The distance from the beach is generally not critical. I recommend the hotel.

We stayed at the Baan caron resort 3* (Phuket) in the period from 11 to 02/18/2024. The tour operator "Teztur". I liked the hotel. Small, cozy, well-groomed, everything is thought out. There is even a shady corner with a small sandbox for kids, there is a gym, large and small pools, a Jacuzzi, sun beds, umbrellas, a shower by the pool, a bar is combined with a large pool. There is a small parking lot. Tourists who stayed at this hotel a year ago said that it has noticeably changed for the better. Immediately upon purchase of the tour, we took an improved room. As it turned out, they did the right thing. The building with rooms of the "standard" category is located directly by the road. The noise from the road is always there, even at night. In my opinion, this is a significant drawback. Fortunately, the only one. We liked everything. And the attitude of the staff first of all. Friendly, positive people. They perform their duties in good faith. Thank them very much. The hotel and the grounds are clean. Wet cleaning of rooms daily, change of towels, including beach towels, every day. Among the hygiene items in the room were shampoo, small soap, shower cap, cotton swabs, toilet paper, napkins. Also, for the convenience of guests, there is a small beach bag, two umbrellas, hangers for clothes. The room has air conditioning, TV, safe, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer. A mini-bar is not provided, as well as a deposit upon check-in. Drinks and snacks are available at the reception. We definitely recommend this family-friendly hotel. Have a good trip to everyone!

The main thing you should know is that there is no elevator, and if for one reason or another it is difficult for you to climb the stairs, then it will be difficult for you to climb to the third floor, and even with suitcases. I also wanted to change the bathroom curtain, which was as tired as possible, but unfortunately it didn't work out, since there is no such option in the hotel and you can't buy it in the store. There is no normal coffee at breakfast, only a huge vat with an incomprehensible dark liquid. Otherwise, everything is fine, the staff is excellent, the breakfasts are even better than in four-star hotels, despite the coffee. If you leave the hotel and go to the right, there will be grocery stores, fruits and pharmacies where everything is twice as cheap as in other places.

The buffet is from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., I didn't have time for your problems. There is a lot of food, you can even have lunch straight. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a road back to the ascent, there is no sidewalk, be careful they drive bikes very much. About 15-20 minutes walk , I recommend both for a change. 4) there are a lot of cafes nearby, everywhere plus or minus the same prices. And what should be brought to such meetings? I think, first of all, about safety measures for tourists, the peculiarities of local culture and behavior, and the resolution of everyday issues. When we asked how to get to the statue of the Big Buddha, the guide offered us a free tour, ostensibly with a visit to the Buddha, but instead we were taken as usual to expensive pharmacies and a Buddhist temple, when we asked her this question, she tried to make fools of us. The transfer was an hour late for the tour she bought, "Legends of the Ocean"! And no one warned us until we started to find out ourselves. In general, do not contact them, everything is much cheaper and with timely transfer you can buy at local tour desks. The wish to the tour operator is to get away from this policy, imposing their excursion packages in three directions, and work for the benefit of tourists.

From the hotel there is a road uphill to the big Buddha for self-visiting and climbing. It's not expensive to take a moped right across the street. Well, Karon Beach is a magical place with whistling and crispy sand. It's worth the money, I definitely recommend it!
