I liked the hotel and the territory, and most importantly near the beach. On this beach, however, we swam only a couple of times, on the day of arrival and departure)) and so we rode a bike to various other beaches, the water is cleaner there, and the scenery is new every time.
The pool is clean, the water is colder than on the beach, just in time to cheer up. In the 9 days that we were there, we cleaned the basik for about 7 in the morning.
The room was rented on the 4th floor, corner with a view of the lake, spacious and comfortable.
Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. We should try to leave more tips, maybe this will fix the situation)) I forced them to change the towels, I just brought them to the reception. They were given clean ones.
The food has a wow effect only in the first days, and then it gets worse quickly, however, as everywhere else.

To put it bluntly, the hotel exceeded all expectations. The room was booked as standard, we read on the website that they had no balconies, but we were lucky, there was a balcony, French windows and even elephants made of towels)). The room is clean, free of rust, mold and cockroaches. There were even bathrobes and slippers. A kettle and everything you need for a tea party. A refrigerator with a mini bar, and the prices for drinks are not much more expensive than in 7/11.We also read in the reviews that there is no elevator, but there is one. A large, beautiful pool, the size of the entire courtyard, surrounded by greenery and elephant figurines with signs that show the depth level. Sun beds are always available. The staff is different, there are very friendly, there are not very many, but all are good, always ready to help (for example, we asked for a lunch box in the morning for an early excursion, they were surprised, probably no one asked before us, but they prepared everything) The breakfasts are good, there is a choice, the coffee is quite decent. We liked the location, in the Southern part of Patong, the first line, the sea across the street, although they swim a little closer to the central part. We walked to Bangla and massage streets, 20 minutes walk. Dinner is closer at Malin Plaza, it takes about ten minutes to walk, we even liked it there more than at banzaan. I definitely recommend the hotel!

A very good inexpensive hotel. The hotel has a great pool, quite large. Delicious breakfast.
All the appliances in the room worked well.
The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. Upon arrival, a homely familiar atmosphere was immediately created. All wishes and requests were immediately taken into account.
There is a currency exchange kiosk next to the hotel with the best exchange rate on the coast.
The beach is 10 meters from the exit of the hotel.
Near the hotel there is a supermarket 7-11, and excellent and inexpensive catering establishments.
Highly recommended!
