Очень приветливый и трудолюбивый персонал, очень комфортно и приятно находиться в отеле There is very comfortable to be in the hotel, respect to the staff, they are friendly and hardworking
The center of Patong. Everything is within walking distance, Banzan Market, Ceylon shopping center. But it's very noisy in the evenings. I do not recommend it with children.
The hotel requires a major renovation. Everything is patched up and killed- furniture, plumbing. The beds were hard and extremely uncomfortable, I suffered and did not get enough sleep. The air conditioner was working. The name of the hotel has changed - they had a rebranding, but no one from the tour operators was informed about it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only plus, from my point of view, is the location
We visited Thailand four times. And the Azure Hotel itself - twice. First of all, I would like to note a very good location. There are many cafes, shops, pharmacies nearby. But the most important thing is the Malin Plaza market. We ate mainly on it, exchanged dollars for baht, bought souvenirs, gifts and cosmetics also on it. It is a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the sea. The hotel is 3* and it fully corresponds to its stardom. Quite decent, free rooms, a chic, large bed, a small balcony where you can dry things. Our room was cleaned every day and surprisingly thoroughly. Towels were also changed daily. The breakfasts at the hotel are meager and monotonous, but in order not to run around in the morning in search of a place where you can have breakfast, we took a ticket with breakfast. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a safe in every room, but not all of them are in working condition. We used the safe at the reception desk, which is convenient and more reliable. The staff is friendly and helpful. In general, I think both the auction and the response.
The hotel is very decent for its level. When contacting the staff, fill the containers with shower gel and a ramrod. The location of the hotel is convenient. The ocean is a 10-15 minute walk away. Nearby is an inexpensive Raspberry market with very affordable prices, where they also ordered a dinner of the freshest seafood. The breakfasts at the hotel are delicious and plentiful (fresh salads, pineapples, watermelon, soup, delicious eggs, rice in 2 types, pasta or vegetables with sprouted sprouts, toast, jam, sausage, sausages, tea, coffee, butter, juice). The hotel is located in a quiet location next to other hotels. Each room has air conditioning, a safe, a TV, a wardrobe (the door was broken in our closet, but this did not affect our vacation), a hair dryer. Linen is changed daily. On the 6th floor there is a swimming pool with a shower, which helped us out a lot on the day of departure, when the room had to be vacated at 12, and the bus to the airport at 18 o'clock. We went to the sea, swam in the pool and visited the massage parlor.
A great 3 star hotel!
The room is cleaned every day.
The breakfast buffet is very good for such a hotel. A variety of dishes, Fruits are also available. The market is 2 minutes away. Where you can have lunch and dinner. However, there is no balcony in the room, this is a Minus. There were no windows in the room at all. I had to dry my clothes on a makeshift balcony that overlooks the elevator.
To rate this hotel at 3 stars - I would put all 5 stars! I have something to compare it with, the experience of my travels to many countries is sufficient. My wife and I had a rest at the Azur Phuket Hotel in December 2019. In principle, there are no complaints about the courteous polite staff or the order they maintain in the hotel: towels are changed daily, room cleaning is daily, bed linen is changed in three days. All communications in the room are working properly, hot and cold water (by the way, very soft), WiFi on every floor and with a strong signal. The safe in the room works, as does a modern TV with many programs, among which there are three Russian channels, but. true, the signal quality of the cable antenna in our room was weak, but before going to bed we had enough to listen to the news. The hotel itself, it should be noted. it is located in a convenient location - within walking distance of markets and cafes, the sea is 5-7 minutes away, there is a network of convenience stores around where you can find food, drinks and household trifles. I would love to stay at this hotel next time!
We stayed at the hotel for 12 days. Daily cleaning service. Clean towels and bed linen. There is a refrigerator. 0.5 clean drinking water per person every day. Air conditioning. Hair dryer. Teapot, cups and glasses. Friendly staff. The Internet is on every floor, the password is the same everywhere. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers on the roof. Monotonous but delicious breakfasts. I lowered the rating for the cleanliness of the room. There are still a lot of dirty corners.
I was vacationing with a friend from 12/24/19 to 01/04/20. We took a deluxe room. In fact, the room does not even look like a standard. The furniture was dead, the faucet in the sink did not work, the hot water came only after half an hour of draining the water. The bed has never been changed, only turned upside down. Towels with holes and stains. There was a terrible smell of sewage from the bathroom, the smell was drawn into the room. The audibility was terrible, the earplugs were barely saved. I only caught the Internet at the reception. In the pool area, I do not clean up garbage, water with a strong chlorine content. The Patong area itself is a terrible dump, the beach and the sea are dirty. It is not possible to walk down the street, everything is dead, you need to look at your feet so as not to break them. It smells like sewage everywhere. I'm not going there anymore. Everything is expensive and not tasty. Prices for excursions are crazy even on the street. Thailand is no longer what it was before the crisis. I am very disappointed.
Very convenient location to the sea. There is a market nearby. Only the buffet was confusing. It was the same thing every day. Even fruits are not a variety. Overall, it's not bad. The price and quality correspond.

Terrible hotel. The Windows overlook the wall of the neighboring building, on the canopy, where garbage is piled up, and the air conditioner works endlessly. The water is not regulated, there is only one option in the sink: it is unclear whether it is hot or cold, and the faucet is located so that it is impossible to wash anything in it. If you flush the toilet at the same time and turn on the faucet to wash your hands, there is not enough water pressure. All the photos from the sites do not correspond to reality even once. The pool area looks like it was bombed. I would not give this hotel even one star, it is a maximum hotel, not a hotel.
A good hotel "for the night". Clean, friendly staff, linen is changed, water is changed every day. If you don't sit still on vacation, but take a bike and travel, then the hotel is super!
I can't say that it's bad, but I can't say that it's good either, on the whole it's satisfactory, on a solid C grade. Pay attention to the pool, the water is cloudy and cleaning is done by adding chlorine. One evening, my daughter cried and complained that her eyes hurt after the pool. The trees near the pool are withered and yellow...the sofas are broken, far from the sea, the pool is in demand, and such a ruin...Breakfast..I want to cry....I don't even want to talk... They were constantly asking for water in the rooms, they did not put it in the room. Of the advantages, this is a quiet place.
It's a long way from the beach, it's not very convenient for people in vlzrasta potzhara. The breakfasts are worse than anywhere else! The Internet in the room was intermittent, I had to sit in the lobby. But the market is nearby. Small shops too. If you take a bike, it doesn't matter where to live. Everything is decent in the room. The balcony overlooks the street. The pool is on the roof and the water is unlikely to change. It closes very early, so you can't sit with a glass in the evening. Imagine Pegasus didn't explain anything about the safes or about the check-in. We asked the people living there, although the guide was sitting in the lobby, but pretended that she did not belong to us.
A great hotel for your money. Nice staff. The breakfasts couldn't be worse. it is better to go to the market nearby and it is much tastier there. From the hotel, 10-15 minutes walk to the sea and to the center. Don't expect good things from the guides. again, it is better to consult with the local hard workers from the hotel. In general, I liked it for 4k for my money.
Cozy hotel, good location, cleaning every day, linen change, clean and tidy.. everything is a little old, but in general it pulls on its 3 *. We didn't take food, so as not to live by the clock and the schedule, there are plenty of restaurants around, there is a Russian restaurant across the street
Maintenance is complete 0. Dirt. The water in the pool is muddy. The travel company that settled us there will post photos of the hotel on its website that do not correspond to reality. We were given a room without a single window. Our balcony overlooked the stairs of the hotel. I was completely shocked. The rest was completely ruined. I do not recommend this hotel and the tourist company "bank of burning tours" to anyone. Guys, cherish your rest and health.
For housing, you need to be prepared for economy rooms, etc. rooms with a window to the hotel in the hall. There is no street view.
The breakfasts are peculiar. And monotonous. For me, the cold ones came in the morning, though.
The pool is on the 6th floor until 18.00. Then it is closed.
Everything is not critical for us. We only spent the night in the room. The split in the room is noisy though. In san.the ventilation node is not visible, but the laundry dries better in it.
If you need to be washed and cleaned early, hang a sign on the handle.
Those who took the bikes were left in front of the entrance without any problems.
The hotel is conveniently located, there is a market, a shop and to the beaches on Doleko.
If you are not afraid to walk, then Carol beach is 6 km away, it is 1 hour and 20 minutes. It is 4.5 km to Tring trang and about 4 km to Freedom. Navigation is good on the map.
Good luck.
We rested in this hotel from 02.09 to 09/13/18, the hotel does not pull in 3 stars, we allegedly had one of the most beautiful rooms of this hotel on the 5th floor with a large double bed. The room is very dirty! All the furniture and appliances, and in other things, the whole room is stained with paint (apparently they recently decided to paint everything in the room in one color) it feels like a person with cerebral palsy was painting. A lot of dirt and dust. All the supposedly clean white tents that were given out every two days for use in the room had terrible huge stains. My girlfriend noticed after cleaning the room that someone else's hair was on her comb!! A long-haired Thai guy with a ponytail who cleaned the room apparently decided to comb his hair. We have only seen Russian tourists in this hotel.
To the question of whether we find fault with the hotel, because it is quite cheap and there are only three stars: at the same time, our friends were vacationing with us at the Baramee resortel hotel in Patong, these are the same three stars for about the same price, but the rooms there are in accordance with our earth and sky, everything is very clean and It's cozy.
The only thing I liked was the location of our hotel, and the fact that nothing was stolen from us)) there is a very cool market nearby where we ate every damn thing.
The breakfasts in our hotel were meager, we went once or twice...
The hotel is an economy option, but the advantage is in its location, the breakfasts are standard, the pool is small, the rooms are old, cleaning every day, in short, it will do for the night

We settled here for the night by fortune, on the way to Koh Samui. A tolerable hotel, it will go to spend the night, although compared to 3 rooms on Koh Samui, heaven and earth.
- Linen and towels are clean, the room is a little dirty - hair on the floor, dirty faucets in the trash, toothpicks from previous guests in the bathroom.
- The room had a balcony, a view of the neighboring hotel.
- Neither insects nor thefts at the hotel happened to us. The location of the hotel is excellent, Patong beach is about 1.3 km away, near the Femeli markt , a 5-minute walk from the cafe doo dee (delicious and good prices), the night market is 2 minutes away.
- The hotel staff is pleasant. Upon arrival, you had to leave a deposit of 2000 baht or a passport. We have not changed the money yet, we left the documents (although the tour operator did not warn about this deposit). We didn't go to breakfast, we just went to look at ham, vegetables, fruits, bread, chemical jams and drinks.
A good hotel, but not breakfast, rice and eggs are undercooked, if you take this hotel but only without breakfast, but the location is not very good, access to the dirty sea, basik is normal but chlorine is poured in buckets
A normal hotel, but it doesn't pull for 3*. He is very old, the breakfasts are the same every day. If you are picky about food, it is better to have breakfast somewhere else. In general, to come to rest and spend the night is very even
The famous street for evening entertainment! What is there just not from clothes to striptease) and not only))
They steal money from your pocket, be careful!
The hotel is on average 3, there are worse rooms, there are better ones. They're cleaning up. I do not recommend breakfast. The beaches are 2km and 5km away. Inexpensive cafes, a shop, a market nearby. The hotel is for the lazy.
Good location. In principle, everything is fine. Bed linen is changed every day, as well as towels. Breakfast is not very good, but in general everything is smooth.
Downstairs at the reception, no problem, relax on the couch, have lunch, chat. There is an outdoor pool with sun loungers upstairs - look at the sky. The rooms are cleaned, there is a balcony and everything you need. The rooms are different, they will do everything for 20 baht. All the whims for your money.
Disgusting breakfasts, do not include in the package, there are many cafes nearby, for example, happy fish. 10 minutes to the sea, two markets where you can eat. There are rooms with windows on the neighboring hotel 5 meters away
The hotel is normal, but without its own territory it was cleaned every day, towels and linen were changed every day.Breakfasts, porridge soups are different every day, in general, you will not go hungry.Solid three
The rooms are standard, but due to the fact that the hotel is on the street, you can constantly hear the hum of scooters. The pool often smells of bleach, but there's no point in sitting there, it's a 15-minute walk to the sea
The usual 3ka , you should not expect something grandiose, everything you need is there, tomorrow is monotonous, but they give water every day, bed linen is changed daily
The worst hotel in my life. Absolutely everything is bad, from the staff to the room. At the same time, there are several advantages - they clean well, they are located next to the market and the room is so terrible that you want to leave there faster and spend time outside the hotel. The rest is terrible.
I plunged into the 80s, the breakfasts are terrible, it is not possible to eat, the room constantly smells musty, the sewer stinks in the shower, the Internet is full of horror. I was honestly shocked by the Room and the hotel in general!!!
The room cleaning is poor, the linen is stained. The pool is not cleaned at all... The food is not tasty.. If you go back in time, I would not have chosen this hotel.. If you just come to sleep, then it will go..
In general, the hotel is not very good! The safes in the rooms do not work, it is simply impossible to eat breakfast from a fruit there was only a watermelon. I do not recommend this hotel!
