Surprisingly, the first time I encountered deception was at a gas station from Rosneft. 07.11.24 there was a long queue at the gas station, I waited my turn. The tanker inserted a gun, I went to pay off. I got there, stood in line, and paid off. I go out, and I've already closed the hatch. I didn't realize right away, got in and drove away. I drove 2 kilometers away, but the arrow is not growing. That's when I realized that they hadn't refueled it. Yes, brothers of Abkhazia, I will not be impoverished, but you have spoiled your karma.
Rosneft also has a big "hello" - they don't give a check, they throw drivers.

I refuel here regularly when I visit Abkhazia. The usual interior, smiling staff. The prices are of course slightly higher than in Russia, but compared to other local gas stations, everything is in moderation. In terms of fuel quality, I did not notice a difference from Sochi. And that 's saying it . I recommend that if you plan large trips around Abkhazia, refuel in the proc, as such refueling stations are not common.
