I ordered an interior door (hidden hinges + inset + lock), promised in the shortest possible time .......
the order was at the end of July - it was delivered by mid-October.
Very fast, but okay, as it turned out, it's only half the way!
The door (canvas) was delivered without an inset! (it is paid for in the contract).
Their master refused to install it. He stated that he does not install hidden loops.
We agreed that their master would come, but already from Mogilev, and I would pay for the fuel costs of ~ 50 rubles... but until DECEMBER! No one has decided anything. The three masters never arrived.
When you call, they ignore you, "we'll call you back"/ "we're already deciding"/"did the master call you?"etc. during the month, there are only phrases and promises on duty.
After the claim, the "book of complaints" offered 30 rubles of compensation, it would have been better if they had kept silent and not disgraced themselves.
The attitude is piggy.
There are no complaints about the consultants, the girls tried to help.
The management doesn't comment, they don't care.
The door is of good quality (small chips / specks of dust), weighs a decent 31kg
, the trim is defective (stratification, traces of moisture are visible)
, there are no attachments to the fittings.

We already thought we would be disappointed because of the postponement of delivery and installation of the door (we thought that some kind of burden would be unpleasant), but no. There was a postponement due to a car breakdown. We arrived exactly on the agreed 2nd day, without delay, with apologies. The door itself was very pleased. The color is not quite standard, but I really liked how it looks in the end! And there are no questions about the quality and installation, everything is worked out perfectly!

I offered a free visit by a specialist to take accurate measurements. he arrived at a convenient time for us. I showed the samples and helped with advice. Due to the schedule of our work, it was difficult to choose the delivery time, but this issue was also resolved there and we nevertheless agreed on a convenient time. We really liked the finished doors. the guys who left the doors for us did everything neatly and pretty quickly.

When installing the door, there were not enough components, since the representative of the organization who took the measurements did not measure these measurements correctly. As a result, we bought all the missing materials ourselves.
This organization does not want to admit this. Unfortunately, the score is negative.
There will be, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, an appeal to the court. Because the organization does not want to admit its mistakes.
I do not recommend this organization.
