I sent a plumber, he bought everything a 1400rub boiler and everything for underfloor heating pipe connections everything is Italy, everything is good, even a street sensor was inserted (I don't know who was supposed to mount it but it's lying in a box), in total, 3800r came out with a boiler, I don't remember with or without a plumbing discount (specification 2821 of 06/03/14 information for companies).

The bottom line is that when selling the boiler, no one clarified anything about the input cables and about the operating conditions that I need a boiler for about a maximum of 3.5 kV of power to be regulated, only the question was about power

So the "seller" could find out all this initially what, for what and how, where, what is ready, if it was reported that there is no such boiler or you need another boiler, this one will not set the parameters, or a new wiring line, we would think about it all with a plumber how to heat and put it maybe the electric underfloor heating in general would have been forgotten and a lot of money would not have gone to either the company or the plumbing for installation.
And so everyone around has earned, so also the electrician will earn after all, or the next plumber with a new boiler sales company, depending on how we decide.
