Disgusting hotel!
I would not recommend it, we booked through booking for a week, in the end I had enough for one day! The room was given on the 5th floor, there is no elevator, but okay!
The scariest thing was waiting inside the room, it was a disgustingly dirty carpet near the bed, I attached a photo, many near the apartment will be cleaner than in their room! The window barely opens, because the ceiling interferes in the photo, it is also visible, completely dirty, it is elementary, you can quickly wash it with the purest means, but apparently no one cares about it!!!
A dirty and smelly blanket, which naturally I did not cover myself with, but covered myself with a duvet cover and a jacket on top, a towel once it was white now It's grey with spots! As a result, the water stopped running out of the shower, I had to wash my hair over the sink, I showed photos and videos at the reception!
The result is what, I barely got my money back for the rest of the days because it was simply not possible to stay there!
At the reception, I also agree that they can be rude, one administrator really liked a pleasant cultured girl, in my opinion her name is Oksana!
If you want grateful visitors to settle in, then you match it!
You need money and you need comfort and a good attitude!
It will not work without a contribution to the hotel and without cleanliness and good conscientious staff!

I can't tell you how it is now.But four years ago, right before the new year, my son and I were left homeless and had to look for housing for a couple of days, and even with a cat.We were accepted at this hotel, settled in, for which we are very grateful.

2 stars. Improved standard: 18,000 tenge. Among the advantages: new bed linen. But repairs are needed in the room: wallpaper knocked down in places, tiles with traces of grout in the bathroom, the toilet is running, broken furniture, curtains on tape) there is breakfast, but extremely budget. We probably won't stay there anymore.

We came with my husband to relax and get some sleep. The staff was called and asked for the cleaner to clean more quietly, the same story was ignored. We do not recommend it terribly! The rest from 7 a.m. was ruined!
A disgusting hotel. It's beautiful, but the service is terrible. The blankets are dirty, one glass in the room for two. There are 2 blankets, and they gave one duvet cover, but they called the reception, they refused to give out a second one, they said there was none. They gave me one towel for two. They barely asked for the second one. I don't recommend it at all.

The hotel is good, but there is one disadvantage: it is very hot and stuffy in the room, as a suggestion, you can at least put a fan in the room, it would be very wonderful. For early bookings, the junior suite has not been prepared. There are no soap-and-soap applications. As for the cleanliness of the windowsill, the bedside mat has never been cleaned at all. I have been living for the third day now, no cleaning has been done. There is a continental breakfast, so for three days there is one fried egg, tea and bread. Plus, to go to breakfast, you need to go down to the reception to get a ticket and only then go to breakfast.
