The last trip was in a luxury carriage (Shymkent-Astana 72 train) and vputi WiFi does not work here either. I assume that the cost of this service is included in the ticket price, and KTZ is not making bad money for KAZTECHNOLOGY? which provide this service.

At the same time, having not found tickets on the KTZ website, I came across such an excellent function as a "Waiting list", that is, citizens have the opportunity to independently, without resorting to the help of intermediaries, get in line to buy train tickets. And the most that pleasantly surprised me, it really works!!! That is, if you add your data to the waiting list in the morning, closer to three o'clock in the afternoon, maybe a little later a person receives an SMS about the found ticket and within 2-2.5 hours it is necessary to make a payment, after which the ticket is issued. And now, ATTENTION!!! I suggest you refine this miracle function and give citizens the choice to "Continue" or "Cancel" the operation. Since I did not find an opportunity to cancel the continuation of the operation today, since the date of the trip had to be postponed to a later date. Having finalized the system, citizens who are on the waiting list will not have to waste time waiting, at a time when a person no longer needs this ticket. Thus, people will have even more opportunities to purchase a ticket for the scheduled date. Good luck to everyone!
