Excellent quality/price ratio, rooms are clean and comfortable, personnel extremely helpful and friendly. Super convenient and easy the online booking process that allows to change or cancel the booking until the day before checkin. Breakfast is good and various, the bar/restaurant is open until 11 p.m. also during weekends and it serves simple but very tasty dishes for a really small price. Parking available with plenty of space. All credit card accepted and working (no problem with the EU/US ones due to sanctions). Definetly my first choice in Minsk!

We lived in 101 rooms +The staff is polite, active, +the food in the dining room nearby is decent and delicious +Towels are fresh and new. + There are no dusty surfaces + The shelves in the closet are clean +The carpet is clean Of the cons - there are 3 spiders in the bathroom, whole and alive. (The plumbing is clean at the same time) - the linen is full of holes, (but clean and fresh) - the legs of a chair for people with disabilities are covered in black mold (you wash it, put it away and put it on demand) -the smell of sewage in the bathroom - the handle on the front door needs to be pulled towards you, then sharply to the bottom and the door will open (as in a fairy tale: clap your hands, stamp twice, the door will open). The child couldn't open it. - there are dead insects in the wall lamps.
