We handed over the laptop from the organization for repair. It's been a long time, they can't reach the organization, and they pick up the phone once a week.
As a result, they didn't put our hard drive in our laptop 2 times in a row, they just gave it to someone else.
There are a lot of questions about confidentiality and, in general, there is no approach to repair and the client, there are no such points, it feels like the guys are working at random, what turned out to be fixed was done, what did not work out, we will not pick up the phone.
We will never contact you again, we cannot just carry out repairs for 2 months.

When I handed over the laptop, I was told to come up the next day after lunch. It was a day off, together with a guy, they came up and the specialist said that the master had disassembled the laptop, but the master needed to go for details, so the laptop is now in disassembled condition, they asked him to come back the next day.
The weekend passed, it was already Tuesday, when they came to the workshop they said that they had cleaned the laptop and did not know what the problem was, they did not take the money, referring to the long wait. The guy decided to disassemble the laptop on his own because it interfered with his work. And it was discovered that the laptop had not been cleaned or even touched.
As a result, they kept the laptop in the workshop feeding it with breakfast every day. We've wasted our time and nerves.
I do not recommend this workshop, we turned there ourselves because it was close to home.
There was a huge problem with the loss of all data to the keepers, thanks to the wonderful workers, we restored everything that was on the keepers right up to the very first downloads, I recommend
