There is not even a photo, because there is something very beautiful on the territory...In the evenings, children's animation, adult disco!!! There are 2 cafes on site. There is a kiosk with drinks on site. There is a shop nearby, around the corner, you can pay with a card. There is a sauna on site for an additional fee. Not far from Mocha beach, it was +. In September 2024, we came to Aitar for the 3rd time. Before that, we rested in 2021 and in 2022. I really liked the location by the sea, the nature around the boarding house. This time I did not like the food, it became worse than in previous years. I really didn't like the sun beds on the beach, they are all broken, there are few umbrellas on the beach, but this is not news to me, I go with my own.We rested in the 1st building on the ground floor. The room is a little damp. We got to the boarding house on our own, and from the boarding house we ordered a transfer to Sochi airport and this is a separate story. Previously, the transfer was organized by the boarding house itself, we were taken to the border of the Psou, then at the border we passed the checkpoint with our suitcases and were met by another Guide who took us where we needed to go. The journey from the boarding house to Sochi airport took 2.5 hours. This time, the transfer was organized by the local travel agency Apsalar tour. A small "loaf" came for us, without a luggage compartment, they asked us to put our suitcases in the back seat (it was extremely inconvenient), then we drove to different cities and hotels in Abkhazia, picked up tourists along the way (as in Turkey), on the way the bus had a flat tire, looked for where to pump up (this is all additional. time). At the border, the Psou left with their suitcases, passed the checkpoint within 40 minutes, and then waited about 1 hour until our bus was inspected. And as a result, we got to Sochi airport in 4 hours and 50 minutes. In general, everything is not bad, but we will not return here again.

We spent three days at the Aitar boarding house. A beautiful, beautiful place. We had a vacation with a friend in Aitara from August 13 to August 20, 2024. I liked the territory of the boarding house: beautiful trees, peacocks, ducks, clean and cozy. There are two cafes on site where you can spend the evening in pleasant company. We were well received, settled on the ground floor in building No. 1. The room is spacious and clean, but the smell of dampness and mold "killed" us. They asked to give us another room, as it was impossible to be among mold and dampness, allergies. There was also a smell in the room on the second floor, but less. We stayed on the second floor. The beds creak, they are terrible, the springs cut into the sides, the bathtub is old, the toilet lid bends and slides off. The first impression of visiting the dining room was good: there is a lot of everything, a varied menu. But on the third day of our stay, we no longer like the food: the compote is diluted, soups always have the same smell, very fatty, porridges on water, pastries are often stale. Everything that is not finished for breakfast is served for lunch or dinner. Soups, for example, were given at lunch and dinner. It's the same with pastries, once they are fresh, and once they are yesterday's. There is a lot of food, but the quality wants to be better. There are dances in the evenings, three times a week. Its beach is across the street, an underground passage leads to it. The sea is clean and warm. We swam both in the morning and in the evening at sunset. Aerobics is held on the beach for those who wish. Soviet-era rooms, a small bathroom, the room itself needs repair. But, it's not critical. The price / quality ratio is quite satisfactory. On the territory of the boarding house there is a small Orthodox church of St. George the Victorious, operating, services and baptisms are similar. So, our "favorite" Aitar is now! Rest "with the soul"! I liked everything: the place where it is located (near the sea and the territory itself and the beautiful surroundings with awesome nature) and the food (to all the restaurant staff - and the chefs and the waitresses, thank you very much) and the proximity to Sukhum (ten minutes by minibus and you are in the center on a beautiful embankment) and yes, as many wrote If you want, go dance to a disco, or sit in two cafes on the territory with Abkhazian cuisine (and a violinist plays in one and live music in the other every other day) Or you can just sit on the balcony with a glass of Abkhazian wine))) Yes, the "tired " rooms. But you don't pay attention to it. And do not compare this holiday with foreign hotels. This is completely different.....It's a thrill! We are already looking forward to next summer, and of course to Aitar!

We had a rest in August from 08/16/2018. The maids are helpful, they will help if you ask.Now about nutrition.A large, clean dining room for vacationers of all buildings.Even those who live in the third (without food) buy coupons and eat here.They cook delicious, thanks to the chefs for that. But do not forget that you are not in the four and five.There will be no frills, there is simply delicious, well-prepared food.Yes, there is not much variety: 4-5 salads, 3-4 types of hot (chicken, cutlets, vreniki, pelmeni). 2 types of porridges, 2-3 types of soups, delicious lagman."-3 side dishes.Tea, coffee (instant), juice, milk, water.From baking- buns (delicious), sweet pie.Apples, plums and watermelon for the last three days!!! I would like to say a special thank you to the administrator- Kovernik Evgeny Gennadievich, thanks to his control, the hall is in order, issues are resolved quickly, professionally, under his guidance the waiters work quickly, harmoniously.The tables are clean, the cleaning is fast, neat! Once again, thank you very much to the Administrator, the management, the chefs!
The beach is nearby, there is a passage through a tunnel.There were enough sun beds for everyone. We will definitely come back.

We rested in the boarding house from 08/22/2023 for 14 days . We have been resting in this boarding house for the 6th year. The territory is magnificent, the sea and nature are beyond competition, this is the best place for a relaxing holiday. Food for a good three. Of course, no one goes hungry, but it is not always possible to eat what is served. A good chef is needed here. Special praise to the employees of the canteen: waiters, administrators. food vendors.But despite some comments, this is a very good boarding house with wonderful employees who are always ready to help if necessary. I would recommend at least once, but to visit this beautiful place.

We rested here in August 2023. I really liked that there is a daily children's program, the kids will have something to do. Also Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat disco. There were even concerts, local bands came. There is a huge abundance of food. There is for every taste. At the end of the vacation, I was just tired of eating. The cook is a great fellow, all the dishes are very tasty, and the cutlets are simply excellent.If you are tired of eating homemade food, then there is a shop nearby, you can buy whatever your heart desires. The room was cleaned every day. During our stay (10 days), the bed linen was changed once. The sea is across the road, it's enough to go through the crossing and you're already there. Sun beds are provided free of charge for residents. The sea and the beach are clean.

We had a rest in October 2024.
1 building.On the first day, the room was a little shocked-the smell of dampness and mold from the bathroom, in which the "grandmother's repair", instead of a shower cabin, there was a bathtub, an incomprehensible color, the toilet was installed in 1980, probably the water pressure in the shower is very weak, then they got used to it.
There were many other advantages-the sea is close, clean, the territory is green and large.
At first, I liked the buffet on the contrary, but after the second day, we realized their secret-porridge on water,soups taste the same,cheese,butter, sausage, sausages are the cheapest, you can not eat, sour cream is cheap,salads are strange-olivier, which means 80% of potatoes,the rest of the ingredients are 20%, from fruits only apples for lunch for 10 days, compote for lunch-incomprehensible pink water, after such a diet, the intestines failed, and it was not very comfortable to walk around beautiful Sukhum.
I really liked the excursions with Asmat, organized by Aitar.
5 points-Asmat tells a very interesting story.
The staff is very kind and helpful.
If you get used to the bathroom and to the food, choose carefully, then I would recommend a trip.

The rooms are cleaned every day. The beach is private, the sea is just magical. They entertain every day, and concerts and discos and children's animation, on the beach aqua aerobics. A wonderful and beautiful place, if you want to have a budget and have a good rest, then you should go there. The food is fine, the rooms are of course from the USSR, but you eat to relax by the sea, and not sit in the room. There is air conditioning, a TV and a refrigerator, too, there is a walk to the sea, the territory is beautiful and peacocks walk, the staff is excellent and the offers for excursions are excellent. Evening Sukhum 500 rubles (beautiful embankment), thermal springs 800 rubles, will be brought and taken back to the boarding house, Chernihiv 950 guided tour + escort (tells everything perfectly and knows a lot) , a very beautiful place and a check-in at a mineral spring. On foot you can walk to the central embankment, the market and the Volna store. I can say there are a lot of pluses and small minuses in this place, but in general I am happy with the rest and would go there again. By the way, there is a beach with mono sand nearby.

Peacocks wake up in the morning with a heart-rending scream. Fountains with drinking water. The dining room is good. Actively fed "For slaughter". It's close to the beach! The beach is pebbly! They put things in order in the evening. The sea is clear. There is no intrusive "service". Of the disadvantages, it is far from the nearest ATM. So it's better to withdraw the money right away... Excursions can be booked directly at the boarding house. The program of excursions is interesting and varied. I recommend it!!!

We had a rest in 2022. We were satisfied, the beach is across the street, sun beds and umbrellas, there is a toilet and shower on the beach. The rooms in the photo are 2 buildings, the room was 2 rooms, the mattresses were hollow, there is air conditioning, we were comfortable enough, a large balcony, we sat in the evening with wine and fruits, a view of greenery, squirrels on trees, peacocks, magnolia blossomed. They were fed at home in the dining room, and what delicious cutlets, like mom's, different salads, buns. You won't stay hungry. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the Sukhum center. In the other direction, the abandoned Sinop Park and Mocha Beach are about 25 minutes away. We knew where we were going, but we were going for the sea and rest. Our expectations were met. Our parents have vacationed there 3 times and are ready to go again.
