If the staff at the stage of communicating with potential clients allows themselves such behavior, it is difficult to believe that it will be better from now on. Customer orientation is zero. The desire to go there completely disappeared after such communication.

The most terrible sanatorium. The nutrition is terrible. There is no connection. The TV is working intermittently. San nodes rooms are something. In the 21st century, I didn't think this could happen. You wait for hours to undergo the procedure because the water pressure is weak. And it's called a sanatorium. I am shocked by such a sanatorium.

If sugar is given 2 tablespoons for 4 people, there is nothing else to talk about. At the height of the season, there is no fruit in two days, once an apple. There is one toilet and a dirty ancient shower for two rooms. Old furniture. The beds have been painted since Soviet times. There is no water cooler. Only on the ground floor there is a ten for hot water, which is not enough for everyone. Air conditioning is only on the 1st floor in the lobby. No one is engaged in leisure in the evening. They turned on the speaker and that's it. The Internet is not working. WiFi works very poorly, we can say that it does not. There are many disadvantages. What is good is medicine, there are no complaints about them. Good mud and water treatments. The massage is good. 24 km from Taraz. I had to run away urgently

The sanatorium "Aisha Bibi" is located on the shore of the lake "Aulie kol" from the bottom of which therapeutic mud is extracted and is located 30 km from Taraz.
The treatment is good, there are all procedures: mud treatment, paraffin therapy, water and all types of physiotherapy.
Accommodation in comfortable 2 and 1 bed rooms with TV and refrigerator. The medical staff is very attentive and polite to patients.

Aisha bibi Sanatorium is located 25 km from Taraz . It doesn't seem to be a problem to get there, taxi drivers ask from 2 to 3 thousand tenge, but it's already 5 thousand to go back. Mostly elderly military pensioners and active military personnel come to rest .Food and service wants to be better.

We were quarantined at the Aisha Bibi sanatorium in Taraz, upon arrival on a repatriation flight from Goa in India, we arrived at night, took tests from us, we were already fed at night, the Vegitarians were not lucky with food, but that was the first day, then the cook explained how to cook for us and we were cooked separately. The medical staff were friendly and polite to us, they fed us well, explanatory work was carried out, we liked everything, they saw us off especially touchingly, it was to tears... The chief physician said kind words, wished us good health, to get home during this difficult quarantine time, invited us for treatment when the quarantine ends. Well, a little bit of a fly in the ointment, not with regard to the sanatorium, a private company on the bus rattled to the last bolt, literally without a choice, I'm not afraid of this word, TORE off 22 thousand tenge from each passenger, even from children... But there was no choice and everyone agreed (without an alternative) and went home!
