They were in July 2024. What did you like? That's it! The attentive host, who greeted me warmly, told me where he was. Proximity to the sea - it takes literally 1 minute to walk. Cleanliness and coolness in the rooms. There were no interruptions in water and electricity, which are often frightening. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The beach is clean and pebbly. The only caveat is that the mountain river Bzyp flows into the sea not far from the guest house, which is why the current in the sea sometimes changed to a cooler one. Thanks to the host for a great stay!

The HOTEL IS WONDERFUL! We had a rest with the children. I liked everything: cozy, clean, beautiful rooms with mountain and sea views at the same time! the sea is clean, two minutes from the hotel at a slow pace, an incredibly friendly host who helped in all matters, settled without problems earlier for the whole day!!!There are many shops, cafes nearby, they cook delicious food. The whole family was very pleased, we will definitely come back here! We recommend it to everyone!!!

we arrived without booking, we took off without any problems.light cleaning daily, bed linen was changed after 4 days.the towels and bed linen are snow-white.the room is dry, clean, and quite modern.everyone is very friendly.There is parking.The sea is 1 minute away.there is a cafe and a shop nearby.the beach is clean, the pebbles are small.I really enjoyed my vacation.If we go to those parts, we'll stop again.We found hotels through Yandex.Abkhazia surprised us very pleasantly.

We had a rest in July 2024. I liked the hotel. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. The beach is pebbly. There are few people. About the river that flows next to it, and allegedly because of this, the sea becomes cold. That's not so. The sea was warm and clean all the time. We were afraid of this for the whole vacation for 2 weeks, but fortunately it never happened. The infrastructure is present, but for those who like bars, restaurants, entertainment - this is not the place. I advise those who like a quiet, relaxing holiday.

We had a rest in June 2023. I really liked it! A wonderful break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The sea is a three-minute walk away. The room has everything you need. We lived on the third floor, the view is beautiful, on the sea and on the mountains. The beach is not equipped, but well maintained. Konstantin, the owner of the house himself and his family keep the beach clean. Thanks a lot to him! There are cafes in the area, a boxwood grove nearby. There are activities for children on site. In general, a quiet and peaceful place.

We rested for two weeks with the whole family (late August-early September 2023), booked two rooms in advance (one-room and two-room) on the second floor. The rooms are good (everything you need is available), very quiet, as we wanted, 1 minute to the beach - I liked the beach - big, wide and not crowded! In the village, both shops and canteens did not remain hungry :). Thank you to Konstantin for his hospitality! We had a great, quiet rest, I never regretted that I chose the Iceberg (I considered several options), so I boldly recommend it! PS: the only negative is the power outage, but this does not apply to the hotel - it is so everywhere in Abkhazia.

We had a rest in 2023.we arrived earlier, settled in without any problems.they immediately told me where to eat, where the shops are, and how to get there.the rooms are normal, there is a kettle, Internet, dishes, towels.it is not a problem to go on excursions now, there are cars at the bus stop that will take you for 5000 and bring you to any excursion.everything would be fine if it weren't for the river that flows into the sea at this very place.because of her, the sea is always cold and with waves.always!!!you either have to go very far to the left, or go swimming to other places.but if the sea is not the main thing for which you come, then the guest house can be recommended.but I will not return to Abkhazia here.cows go everywhere, but this does not spoil the overall impression, there are a lot of dogs.several cafes and canteens, a couple of shops, a pharmacy.

The location of the guest house is good. The room has everything you need: a kettle, refrigerator, air conditioner, hair dryer, water heater, TV, towels, even a minimal set of dishes. A comfortable bed. Cleanliness and snow-white bed linen. Special respect for the blackout curtains! The owner Konstantin is very hospitable and attentive, he suggested where to go to eat, take a walk and go.
Very well maintained area. There is a small kitchen for cooking.
Special thanks to the wonderful maid for the cleanliness and order.
And the views from the balcony are simply magnificent.

The guest house is located in the village of Poultry Farm. Nearby is the Abaata Hotel. It's one minute to the sea.
The windows offer a beautiful view of the mountain and the sea. You can walk along the beach to the Boxwood Grove sanatorium.
In the room: air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, dishes.
A comfortable bed (mattress) and pillows. White bed linen as in the hotel. The entrance is by card, which is very convenient.
A public stop is a 5-minute walk away.
I especially want to cancel the super attentive and hospitable host Konstantin. I helped with the suitcase, I was always in touch promptly.

We had a family vacation in July 2023 in this wonderful place. The hosts are friendly, the room is always clean and cozy at home. Cleaning was often carried out for 10 days of stay. There is a kitchen, a gazebo. A couple of steps to the sea. There is a bus stop nearby from where you can go either to Pitsunda or to another place. There are also a lot of shops, canteens, cafes, and a pharmacy around.

We rested for 10 days from September 2 to September 12, 2023 . There were 5 of us , we rented two rooms . If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, with a clean sea and caring owners - you are here)) I recommend it 100%. We were greeted very warmly, the parents arrived by car a little earlier and Konstantin settled them without any problems, then my daughter, my brother and I arrived - the room was also ready. Everything is fine, the rooms are well renovated and have everything you need. There is a playground and a trampoline in the yard. The sea is exactly one minute in a straight line (photo attached , view from the balcony of the 2nd floor)and what is most important for us is a quiet beach and a clear sea. In Abkhazia, there are problems with turning off the lights , the hotel has its own generator. The center of Pitsunda is a 10-minute drive away, Gagra is 15 minutes away. Everything is nearby and cafes and canteens and pharmacies with shops . We had a great rest and no fuss. If we decide to go to Abkhazia again, of course we will come to the Iceberg.

A great place for a family vacation. The host Konstantin is very friendly and attentive. I solved any questions right away. Beautiful and well-maintained territory. For children, there is a sports complex on the territory, a trampoline. It's not scary to leave children on the street. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning every other day. The garbage was taken out every day. Towels were changed twice in 10 days. The kitchen is small, but there is a microwave, an electric stove, and a minimum set of dishes. You can cook, fry, cook breakfast or dinner. There is a barbecue. There is a refrigerator in the room. There is air conditioning in the room. The sea is 1 minute walk away. The beach is wild, but it's better, there are no crowds that stumble over each other. Sand and small pebbles. The sea is clear, sometimes warm and cold in layers. We really liked it! This year we decided to visit Abkhazia and our choice fell on the Iceberg Hotel, located near Pitsunda. A great, quiet place, a pebble beach with sand, sparsely populated. The hotel itself fully corresponds to its name, as if it were an ice block, it stands out from other guest houses located in the village. A small fenced area. There is a Playground, Parking, a barbecue and a small kitchen for self-cooking with the necessary set of dishes, a microwave oven. The rooms are very clean, cozy, fully match the photo! The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, electric kettle, cups, plates, bathroom, towels, hairdryer, wi-fi. The furniture is simple, but very fresh, cleaning is daily. The owner of the hotel, Konstantin, is a very respectful and respectable person! Feel free to book a room and come relax!

We had a rest with children at 32-33 weeks, rented 2 rooms. The concept of the hotel is family-run, there is a playground for children, a kitchen for self-cooking, a dining room for meals. You can park your car. We liked the attitude of the staff, very helpful and friendly people. The requests and questions that we had were not left unanswered and were resolved immediately. You can also purchase tours of Abkhazia from the Owner, there are no restrictions on the quality and cost. The beach is 200 meters from the hotel, pebbly, the sea is a thrill!!! A mountain river flows into a kilometer and a half, I was just shocked that I could choose the temperature regime depending on the place of entry into the sea!!! Tip:
If you are going to Abkhazia for the first time, be sure to take either enterofuril or polysorb for prevention from the moment you cross the border, and your vacation will not be overshadowed by "rotagadness" 😰
But this is the problem of all resort places on the Black Sea.
And I personally can recommend the Iceberg Hotel for a pleasant stay in this beautiful country!

I really liked the Iceberg guest house, a cozy little green courtyard, the sea is within walking distance. Very friendly host, met and told and showed everything. We had a rest at the end of July.
Balcony windows are not openable, there are no panes. The door to the balcony is without a mosquito net. There are a lot of mosquitoes flying in at night. According to the locals, there are usually no mosquitoes, but after the summer floods they appeared. It's cool at night, it's possible without air conditioning, but with mosquitoes.
A small refrigerator, two bottles of beer, a cup and a half of water, milk, and a little more change, plus a couple of ice cream.
There are not enough two tables in the common courtyard. Many people want to have dinner.
The double beds are narrow, it is cramped with a child.
There are no numbers on the doors. All doors are visually identical, even to technical rooms.
The beach is nearby, pebbles. Of the 5 days, the sea was cold for 3 days, sort of because of the nearby river Bzyb. On the 4th day, the sea was excellent, warm, calm. On the 5th day, there is a storm all along the coast.
An embankment and a water slide are being built.
There are a couple of cafes, a canteen, and a shop nearby.
There is an ironing board (it seems to be unlined) and an iron in a separate room.
Children's slide, trampoline, barbecue.
Private mini-Parking for 3-4 cars.

We rested in an Iceberg at the end of June 2022.
Pros: 3 minutes walk to the sea (wild beach), 7-8 minutes to the equipped beach of the Boxwood Grove boarding house, they do not particularly monitor the presence of outsiders. Shops, cafes and a bus stop are a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are comfortable and clean. the rooms have everything that is indicated in the description, the balconies are separated (not all sites have this information relevant). Cleaning almost every day. The owner Konstantin is a very responsive, pleasant person, and, at the same time, absolutely precise and punctual. The territory is small, but very green and cozy. There is a shared kitchen in the courtyard, but we did not use it. You can order food at the nearest cafe and eat in the room on the balcony.
Half-cons: The rooms on the ground floor are too small and the balcony overlooks the passage to the sea. There are quite a lot of cows wandering around, but this did not bother us in any way, and even pleased us. The sea can be very cold when it rains in the mountains and the current from a nearby mountain river flows in this direction.
As a result, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, we hope to return here again.

The Iceberg Guest House is a perfect place for those who want silence. My husband and I were vacationing in early September 2020, choosing this hotel, I was looking for a private bathroom, proximity to the sea, my husband counted only 170 steps to the sea, the proximity of shops and cafes. We booked a room for two from 21.09 to 27.09 2020. Everything is very beautifully written, they immediately asked for 30 percent prepayment, which we did, but upon arrival there was complete disappointment, the price does not correspond to reality. It was possible to rent a room nearby for half the price. Without entering the room, we decided to leave, to which we were told "the prepayment is not refundable." Even in expensive hotels, they do not charge such prices, but in a village where a wild beach is too much. The owner may be a good person, but the attitude towards customers is bad. Moreover, he prescribed all the details after making an advance payment. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
