I would like to immediately note that the clinic premises themselves are clean and well-groomed, the space is decorated in a modern way, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The equipment in the clinic is new and high-quality, which inspires confidence and confidence in the competence of specialists.
However, despite all the advantages, I was disappointed with the attitude of the doctors. I expected more professionalism and attentiveness. The doctor did not show proper interest in my questions, the answers were brief and superficial, creating the feeling that I was just another patient in the queue. In such a clinic, where everything is arranged at a high level, I expected more attention and courtesy from the medical staff.

Terrible attitude towards you for your own money! 09/10/24 I was examined by a gynecologist, an analysis was taken, an ultrasound was done. The doctor told me that the analysis would be ready in a week, i.e. 09/17/24. I also specifically clarified with her, maybe it would be better for me to make an appointment immediately so that she would give me an appointment, to which she replied that this was not necessary and I could send her my tests via telegram and she would give an appointment online if there is no need to come to the clinic again. I decided to check my results in the bot on 09/13.24 the results were already ready, I sent them to the doctor, to which there was no response until today, then remembering her words that it would be ready in a week and deleted these messages and wrote and sent her tests again, to which again there is no answer! And in general, the question is why were the tests entered into the laboratory on 11.09??? And not 10.09??? Where have they been lying for a day??? For my money, I don't give a damn!!! The reception desk gives out the results after the reception, they told me to wait, they didn't call me when there really was an answer, I sat for another hour, asked again, they gave me the results, put them in a bag, I didn't check, unfortunately, although they asked for my full name at the reception. When I looked at the results at home, it turned out that they were not mine at all. I called and asked the ultrasound specialist to clarify this point.
