I ordered a gift certificate from the guys, they respond quickly enough in the messenger dialog, they told me everything in a matter-of-fact and informative way. In the studio itself, I was greeted by a pleasant female employee, very positive, and I came out with even more enthusiasm:)
It seemed to me that it would not be easy to find, but special thanks for the detailed guidelines on the boardwalk itself.
Plus, I saw the result of my gift, it was very beautiful :)
Well, there were no problems with the recording, we picked up a window in the near future.

I was very disappointed to see the result.

What do I see in the photo?
BLUE... what they tell me is that green eyes DON'T exist, and what do you think? Do they photoshop? Are they fixed like in other studios? Do they bring the photo as close to green as the client's eye? No))) They just say there are no green eyes and send you with a picture of blue eyes that don't look like yours at all.
The guy paid 85 rubles for it, he wanted to make a pleasant surprise, as a result, I have something at home that I don't like at all, because it's not my eye color.

I made a surprise for my parents. We went with the whole family, we really enjoyed it! Everything was done quickly, and most importantly beautifully.🥰 The staff is nice and they respond quickly on Instagram.

Unfortunately, managers work very incorrectly. I sent an application for an appointment on a certain date, I was sent the available windows, I chose the time, agreed with my loved one to make a surprise and I was given the hang up because someone called during our correspondence and took the time. They wrote to me about it only 4 hours later. I work in sales myself and I think it is extremely unethical to give time in the process of business correspondence with a client. I wanted to surprise my beloved on the anniversary, but it turned out to be the law of the jungle in this campaign. Be careful and attentive!
