A great hotel, I am currently here from 23.10 to 01.11.
A small, compact, cozy hotel for families with children. Convenient location 40 minutes from the airport, located in the village of Bagazkent. The sea is just a stone's throw away, the sand is pebbly, the entrance is shallow, but then abruptly deep, the water is clear, waves in the evening. The food is varied, there is always something to eat, you definitely won't stay hungry. The a la carte Italian restaurant is not about anything, instead of pasta, the menu included salmon with mashed potatoes and meatballs in tomato sauce, clearly not Italian cuisine.
The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, almost everyone understands Russian, they try very hard. At the pool bar, the Meltem girl bartender always greets with a greeting and a charming smile. Makes excellent cocktails for both adults and children.
Regarding cleanliness, the room was cleaned normally, but in the corridors of the hotel, in some places, you can see that they were not cleaned there, they were not wiped here.
We are vacationing at the end of the season, rumor has it that the hotel will close in a week, there are no new arrivals, so there is enough for everyone. There are no sun beds on the beach or queues.
The animation is good, we've been playing bocce since the early days, yoga, darts, archery. There is a children's club.
The contingent is mainly Russians, Germans, Ukrainians, Poles.
We have been resting for almost 10 days, the rest was a success, the hotel is wonderful, I recommend it

An excellent hotel, beautiful interior, friendly staff, the rooms are clean, there are nuances about food, it is better not to go with children under 5 years old (of course, if they do not eat everything), or think about feeding options (for kids it is better to take mashed potatoes and porridge, since shops with baby food are far away, and there is not always everything you need). The beach is sandy, there are a lot of sunbeds, but they are not always enough. There are a lot of foreigners, it's interesting to talk.

Overall a good hotel.
Clean and cozy rooms, conscientious daily cleaning.
I really liked the food: a variety of cheeses, olives, sweets at a height, sweet fruits every day.
The sea is close, the beach is decent, it takes 2 minutes to stomp to the bar)
Of the cons: the small territory of the hotel, there is nowhere to walk, but you can go outside and explore the surroundings (spoiler: almost nothing remarkable, but for a change why not).
Also, the animation goes away: there was no foam party (yes, the hotel is mostly not young people, but it could have been arranged, grandmothers and grandfathers from the sunbeds would have admired the frolicking. A boring show program: alternating songs and dances, once a lottery and once a general karaoke. There was not enough entertainment and wow.
Total: although there are disadvantages, they did not spoil the overall impression. And if you go with a company, then you can not pay attention to them at all.
