The hotel has a very convenient location, very close to the T1 tram stop and historical sites. The area is quiet, there are many establishments in the area, supermarkets.
The rooms and furniture are tired, BUT snow-white fresh linen and a comfortable mattress with pillows!!! The water in the minibar was renewed every day, 2 0.5 bottles each. There were also slippers, shampoo, hair balm and shower gel, a hair cap, soap and cotton swabs. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a Russian-speaking adminstrator (not much, but you can understand the main points). Although the breakfasts are monotonous, the number of snacks allows you to make variations. We stayed for 4 nights, we liked the room, price =quality

For its price, it's basically a good hotel, but let's start in order!
1. The staff is friendly and will always go to a meeting. He speaks English and someone else speaks Russian, but in my opinion only one employee.
2. Payment. At the booking office, we contacted this hotel and asked how we could pay for the room. They wrote that you can pay by card or cash, they accept dollars, euros and lira. We paid in euros, and the change was made in lira.
3. The number. First, we were put in a room on the 3rd floor. At first it was normal, but then they found a few joints (unfortunately, they didn't take a photo). The first is the small holes in the wall. Secondly, the kettle was not working. Third, the door on the balcony opened and did not close at all. But we asked to change the number and everything was done for us.
The second room was on the 4th floor. There was a bit of cold air blowing near the window, although everything was closed, it was cool in the room, but our air conditioner was on, why was that, the sink was in a strange condition. And most importantly, a shower! The water is barely hot, or rather warm, and the pressure is not very strong, washing your head there is not a thrill at all, plus the hair dryer is bad, thick hair is difficult to dry.
Well, there was dust in some places; the Russian channel was working; tea, slippers, gels and shampoos were available and supplemented, but there was no toothbrush:(
The Wi-Fi is working, but sometimes it turns off, but not critically. It doesn't catch near the window, if anything)
That's probably all about the number. All in all, not bad, comfortable. All these little things are not so noticeable in fact, and they do not spoil the rest.
4. Location. It was a little difficult to find, as you have to go through the cafe, but then (from the second time) you were already without maps. There is a tram nearby (literally 5 minutes on foot), many shops, there is a currency exchange, restrooms.
but! The area is touristy, the prices there are higher than usual. We compared it with a regular supermarket - cookies near the hotel are 30 lire, and in the supermarket they are 15 lire :) So think about it. Plus it's very dirty all around.
There are also two beautiful mosques nearby where you can sit and eat street food in the evening, for example) During the day, you can go there for free (Sultanahmet).
We were impressed! I liked everything! But I think next time he will choose an area that is not so touristy.

It was my first time in Istanbul and I chose a hotel for a long time, I liked this one, everything is fine, the hotel is clean, tidy, cleaned every day, decorated the room with balloons for my birthday ... nice. You can't hear the noise from the street, you go out and you're in the very center where everything is nearby)

Of the disadvantages, I found only not a fresh renovation.
But this is an acceptable fee for the ideal location of the hotel. I liked that it is open around the clock, has Russian-speaking staff, it is the staff that is the biggest plus of Aybara (emphasis on the first syllable, it is important when communicating with taxi drivers)))
I also liked the 3-hour buffet and the comfortable room.
I would love to stay there more than once.

It's a lovely hotel. One of the staff speaks Russian, not perfect, but enough to communicate. The hotel is not new , the room is a little tired, but it does not bother in any way . The breakfasts are good, there is enough to eat. In general, I recommend it.

Wi-Fi hat, catches only at the front door to the room). Breakfasts are scarce, but you can find something to eat. The room is cleaned every day, bed linen is not changed every day, shower accessories are not added, you need to take shampoo and shower gel with you. The third bed was put right next to the socket with its head) this is generally the case.

An average, normal hotel. Breakfasts are typical for Turks. This is not the coast and not "all inclusive", it is quite enough.The location is great. Decent rooms.Which was very confusing. We are categorically not satisfied if you buy excursions not at the hotel. The receptionist found out that we took excursions for 3 people from another operator 2 times, and told us: "Next time, you don't live in our hotel." This of course ruined the whole impression. I still choose which hotel to live in and pay money for it.

A great mini-hotel. Cleanliness, room cleaning every day. Upon arrival, while waiting at the reception, they offered a coffee Hotel with breakfast. The breakfasts are also good, several types of sausages, cheeses, breakfast cereals, vegetables, eggs, olives, rolls, a couple of types of dessert, fruits, a coffee machine. I recommend it!

I am currently in this department, to say that the hotel is terrible in terms of human conditions is not to say anything. At 10-11 pm, they turn off the hot water until 10 am, without warning (while saying 3 times, it will be now, I'll come up and figure it out, keep the water on and it will go hot, the sink is dialed very quickly and the water does not go away, etc.). You do not control the air conditioner yourself, only the degrees. They choose summer and winter themselves at the bottom through the central office, whether you are cold or hot, no one cares, they have their own climate regime. A hypocritical smile without solving problems. The breakfasts are of the same type, yes, for 3 days, but I don't want to eat anything more. The towels are not new, they have even been stained. We had repairs going on outside the window, you can't open the curtains, because the builders were staring out of the window 2-3 meters away, let me remind you, you don't control the air conditioner ... if it's hot in the morning, you won't open the window, you won't tune in to the cold ... live as you want. In general, apart from a good location, there is nothing comfortable in this hotel. I think you can find a more decent hotel. This is the first time I have encountered such restrictions.

A small hotel on a small street. Friendly staff. Near a supermarket, restaurants, close to attractions (Basilica cistern, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace in 5-10 minutes walk), near the tram stop.
Rather poor breakfasts, perhaps due to the fact that it was in a low season (January-February).
