Gorgeous pilaf, I've been eating in this place since 1991, the taste of pilaf has not changed over the years. I ate pilaf at Ahmadjon Oshpaz himself, Now I'm eating pilaf from Anvar Oshpaz, Probably Anwar's son (Ahmadjon's grandson) will also cook excellent pilaf.

Here is the best pilaf that I managed to try in Samarkand, so I recommend this place and write a review. The staff offers the regular version and the lux version, in which quails, tongue and pomegranates will be added to you, choosing lux, I'm not sure it's worth doing, personally, if fate brings me to this institution again, I will definitely take the regular version. The pilaf itself is delicious, they give it sauces to choose from. And of course, a delicious vegetable salad, which will be delicious throughout Uzbekistan, given the amount of sun. I recommend this place if you are looking for a place where you can try real Samarkand pilaf. I also want to mention the friendly staff and authentic interior design.

There are cages with birds in the hall, I don't know for what purpose) The prices are high enough for a pilaf (for Samarkand). But it's probably worth a visit.

The guide brought us, telling us that a family friend and pilaf eats only here. Yes, the pilaf is delicious, the owner is trying to be hospitable (apparently tired).
No flatbread / salad is included in the set for pilaf (8t per bowl). Pay for everything separately, tyzhturist!.
We were charged 315t. The imbalance of impressions and prices. There was a feeling that we were deceived. Accordingly, neither a recommendation to friends nor a return here will follow.

The best pilaf in all of Uzbekistan (of all the places I visited). We ordered one portion "royally" and couldn't handle it) Everything is very tasty, the prices are cheaper than I've ever seen. The chef is a local Brad Pitt. If you were in Samarkand and did not visit Akhmadjon, then the trip to Uzbekistan does not count😁
