The hotel is incredibly beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the area is very pleasant. We always found free sun beds (we were at the hotel from 16.01 to 26.01). The room is clean, the breakfasts are delicious, the food from the hotel is also top notch. The prices for massages at the hotel are not much different from the street establishments.
The location of the hotel is excellent, there is everything nearby: massage, 7/11, pharmacies, many cafes, souvenirs, travel agency.
In my opinion, the most ideal hotel option is AWA Koh Chang!

An excellent hotel of good European level, a beautiful design project, huge rooms, excellent service, the staff tries hard, decent breakfast and always fresh fruits, papaya is especially sweet and juicy. The hotel has its own large territory with tall beautiful palm trees on the shore, especially impressive, we traveled all over the island - this is the only beach! Especially pleasant evenings, live music, dancing right on the sand, tables are set right by the sea , romance, I recommend it for a couple or for a family with children!

Currently on vacation. Lovely hotel, staff and location. There is a special feature - this is the entrance to the sea. It is unlikely to be conformal for families with children! The sandy beach of Kai Bay, cafes, shops and other infrastructure are nearby. I recommend it!!!!

The terrible descent to the sea is a real quest. The steps are covered with silt. The bottom is rocky. Of the plbs, the real salvation is the pool. The room and board are quite normal. The location of the hotel is not bad - there are many cafes, shops, etc. nearby

We had a rest in May 2019. The hotel reserves only positive impressions. Spacious and cozy rooms, well-trained staff, excellent breakfast. Every day, a compliment in the room. Stunning pool, wonderful sea view. The rooms have both a bathtub and a shower, a safe, umbrellas, slippers for the beach and for the room. Bathrobes and towels are changed daily. Live music is played in the evenings and the restaurant is open. The hotel itself has a wonderful spa. There is absolutely everything you need near the hotel: tuk tuk parking lots, spa salons, an exchange office, a travel agency, cafes, pharmacies, and shops. Elephant farm, jetty for speedboats. The only drawback is the rocky beach. But the nearby beach is only a couple of minutes away.

Perhaps the best hotel on the island! Stylish, beautiful, clean. We checked into a room with a wonderful view of the pool and the beach. Great breakfasts with a huge selection. There is everything you need near the hotel: supermarkets, sightseeing tours, scooter rentals, many cafes and restaurants. A beautiful large swimming pool, there are almost always free sun beds. We have been thinking about choosing this hotel for a long time, because, in fact, it does not have its own beach. But this is such a small thing against the background of all these advantages, especially since you can walk a few meters along the beach on the territory of other hotels and safely use their beaches. And of course, what sunsets there are! We went to admire them on the beach every evening. We did not regret choosing this hotel at all.
