The staff is terrible. It even happened that the girl didn't even open the window, just stood and waited. She's looking at you, you're looking at her. He's always talking on the phone, endlessly. He doesn't want to work at all, he's always unhappy. There are no alerts at the station, neither inside nor outside, no amenities except an underground toilet and dirty old chairs.
No coffee, nothing. In general, the place is neglected, the staff leaves much to be desired.
