The departure time and the bus number are written on the ticket and on the large scoreboard. Boarding starts in 10 minutes, and is announced in Thai. Departure according to the schedule. We were not charged for luggage, and those who had large suitcases were charged. The bus is clean, comfortable, the air conditioning is working, but you can do less overhead.
