It's just a very old and battered building, near which intercity buses and taxi drivers stop. The nearest store is a kilometer away from this bus station, which seems wrong. There is no pharmacy nearby either. As for the bathroom, I don't know, I didn't need it, but in general, there should be places of basic necessity in any intercity bus station.
