There is a market right next to the bus station, which is as convenient as possible. I bought up and I can go back. From Mapusa to Calangute, we paid 30 rupees per person.

One of the main bus stations in Goa, it is a major bus hub of the state.
You can leave this station anywhere, even to the nearby beach, even to Mumbai. You need to know the schedule and the right bus.
Travel on local buses should be paid upon boarding, for trips to neighboring states it is required to book and pay for a ticket for the desired date and time in advance.
The station is a bit messy and confusing, but there are waiting areas and a mini cafe. Nearby there is a vegetable, fruit, fish, meat, clothing market with canteens for locals, I recommend visiting there.
