The horror! The bus arrived at 4 a.m. The station is closed. The toilet is closed. The hotel is closed. It's cold outside. While the station was opened at 6.00, I thought I would die of cold. People were cowering on the street. They were not allowed to use the toilet at the hotel, even for money.

I've been there several times, the cashiers work slowly, there are no free toilets, one paid one is located generally on the street, who knows where from the cash registers, when you're with suitcases and children, this distance is just huge!
