There is one inadequate employee at the ticket office who may refuse to sell you a ticket, and then comes out to watch you running around the bus station in search of options to leave. Either he's kidding me like that, or he's not right in the head... There were three of us, he issued a ticket for two, but did not become a third, waved his hands, like get out of here, there were tickets, 100%. Maybe taxi drivers pay him extra, maybe he doesn't like Russians... I got into conversation with a couple of vacationers, they also got to him, I sold my wife a ticket, but my husband did not. It's easy to recognize him, he doesn't have the whole arm, you can see him in the photo. Be careful.
