They don't do it very carefully. They changed my windshield. The glass itself seems to have been installed normally (heating and rain sensor are working, it does not leak), but dirt has remained in many places. Badly (crookedly and not completely) they attached the plastic pads back to the side racks, I had to fix it myself later. And they damaged the foam lining between the torpedo and the glass, although it is not particularly visible, but nevertheless...
