This is not a bus station, it's a collection of private cabbies and obscure minibuses, all complemented by a bunch of stray dogs. If possible, look for detours, use the railway.
P.S. Yandex maps showed routes to Gagra departing every 15 minutes, in practice these turned out to be vague minibuses with a marker painted on the windshield. You should not go there with children in a stroller and suitcases.

There is no train station for three, there is NO bus schedule! And there are not always buses at all, minibuses work mainly, few people take passengers during the season, it's good that they agree to take minibuses to New Athos or Gudauta. And yes, the fare is slightly overpriced!!!!
