Bus station. There is an air conditioner. We were in Hurghada and Luxor. In Hurghada, there is a large room with a shop and a toilet. There are a lot of flies, though. And stoned. Tickets can be purchased on their website. We bought tickets in advance at home. We ordered a suite. We thought there would be a comfortable bus. But in fact, it's a very old dirty, battered bus. I can imagine what kind of luxury they have. Luxor has a tiny station room, probably 2x3 without a toilet. There are only 10 seats for those waiting. The rest of us have to wait in the heat. The driver wanted $2 more for the luggage when boarding. We told him that everything was included in the ticket, and he didn't mind. The others paid in silence. It takes 4 hours to drive from Hurghada to Luxor with 1 stop and 15 minutes to get to the toilet. The website says that tea, coffee and Wi-Fi are available on the bus. There is none of this.
The station is normal for Egypt. There is a schedule, everything can be explained. Tickets can be bought in cash, which we did. We're going to Alexandria, they say it's a beautiful city.
