Clean, neat. A big plus is that it is close to the train stop. This is if you go with transfers... I DIDN'T LIKE the descent for suitcases where the stairs go down from the train stop to the bus station! Too narrow and crooked, the suitcases will roll on their sides.
There are benches under a canopy at the station. An electronic scoreboard with a bus schedule that does not match the routes themselves🤣 We were going to Minsk. It was written the nearest one at 19:40. In fact, I arrived around 19h...but my child and I sat down a couple of minutes earlier before he arrived on the minibus))) in short, such a service .... for 3 days...

A boorish attitude, they just take and drive by as many times as they stood, for example, on a day off, I stand, for example, at 10:24 bus at the novaya Zarya bus station route, but either he does not arrive or is late and so boorishly takes and passes, I will give an example, the bus was supposed to arrive at 16:24 and the bus to the district hospital went the bus at 16:24 on the route of the new dawn bus station, he just took, first of all, he arrived earlier, he didn't stop yet, but just drove through, then a small bus took me along the route of the district hospital, thanks to him of course there was a good driver there, probably there was a grandfather in a black cap and jacket on a small bus, thanks to him for picking me up and the driver who didn't stop he is a very bad person, thanks to the driver of the small bus))))))

If we compare it with other provincial bus stations, in general, it may not be better or worse. There are pros and cons, but there are many more of the latter, and they are downright egregious. Let's start with the cons:
- unacceptably frequent cancellations or long delays (especially on suburban routes);
- drivers with inappropriate behavior (unreasonably rude, do not stop at stops, etc.);
- outdated and far from complete (not all routes) bus schedules indicated on the electronic board in the station building (why has it been hanging there for years in this form, and even in small print with an eye-piercing contrast? the main mystery of the universe);
- the timetable signs at the stops are very late to be updated and the old ones are not being removed, as a result, you can see several signs at one stop - which one is relevant, figure it out yourself if you have time.;
- the ridiculously ridiculous "functionality" (or rather, the afunctionality) of the bus station territory: the so-called canopies, even the main one, protect 0% from any rain, and dripping bird droppings from above is a different story - from spring to autumn, standing under a canopy is like being in a minefield);
- in continuation of the non-functionality, sound announcements about shipments are selectively turned on, as if according to the mood, and very often so quietly that you can't make out anything.;
- inadequate payment system in the suburbs (you can get into a situation where you have to pay a ticket for one route, even if you already have a travel card for it) - although this M.B. does not depend on the bus station, but on strange laws;
- sometimes employees (drivers or whoever is responsible for this) forget to put up signs with the current route on the buses themselves, and then they run into you when you draw their attention to it.;
- there is no toilet (or rather, it seems to be, but it does not always work and is paid);
- the buses themselves: in recent years, the fleet has been updated, there are many new ones, but they "age" (read break down) before our eyes, after a year the interior crumbles, at -5 in winter the doors do not open or do not start, etc. The shock absorption on many cars is such that it is dangerous to drive while standing.: as soon as it twitches, you'll fall without blinking.
And what about the "pros"? Oddly enough, they are there too.:
- cleanliness at the bus station, in the building and on buses;
- generally adequate conductors and supervisors (unlike drivers);
- very convenient location of the station (the center, near the railway station and all the necessary infrastructure).
In general, we welcome all the guests of this area and the city and have a pleasant trip, dear passengers.
