I didn't like the service! I came to charge the battery with a request for a replacement battery. After completing the application, the master issues "go take off the akum and bring it to us" after that I find out that removing and installing the akum is a paid procedure!!!
According to this logic, if I come for example to a tire shop, I myself must remove the wheel and sort it out and give it to me to be glued, and then I myself must reassemble everything!!!
If this is a battery maintenance service, then you should remove and put the battery, but not the customer should do it!
