I was buying winter tires. We were met by polite staff. Immediately, I arranged an installment plan for 12 months from an employee of VTB Bank. The overpayment is small. As a result, it turned out that my disks were not R15, but R16. I turned to the store for an exchange. And I was pleasantly surprised by the calm and competent solution to the problem. Without reproaches and comments, as it often happens when you return or exchange goods. The employees of the Car Network from Minsk and from our store were in touch with me. The necessary tires were delivered within 2 days, and an SMS message was sent to the phone. I came to the store, returned the tires that did not fit, paid the difference and took the right size. In the store, you could consult on the size of the tires before buying. It's a pity that I didn't use it. Thank you very much to all the employees of the Car Network for the good impression of communication and shopping.
