Disgusting carrier!
I am writing a review on June 8, 2025, just from the minibus of this company. The Mogilev-Moscow route.
This is the first time I have used this carrier, I have never experienced worse transportation conditions.
Even at the beginning of the trip, another minibus driver from this company decided that he did not want to take people to Roslavl and sent them to our minibus. The result is that those who bought a ticket further along the location than the "passenger exchange" went into the minibus and stood in the aisle because there were no seats. This was the case from Chaus to Roslavl.
They also charged money for transporting luggage, but they didn't let him put it in the luggage compartment, he was also standing in the aisle, just like people))
Stops along the way are made either at gas stations where there is no toilet or at paid toilets without gas stations. At gas stations without a toilet, there is one alternative — a terrible wooden toilet, from which it smells for a couple of meters, and inside it is generally terrible, full of hygiene.
The worst thing is that there is no air conditioning in the minibus!!!!! It's 28 degrees outside, the sun is scorching. When you're not driving fast (and it happens so often all the way here)— hell is in the minibus. I can't breathe, it's stuffy and hot. And then the question is, how can there not be an air conditioner in a minibus?? Or did the company instruct drivers to save gasoline in this way?
We drive all the way in such horror. We are also several hours late compared to the indicated arrival time.
I support the review about the minibus shaking like a tractor. And there is practically no legroom.
I don't recommend it to anyone!! There is simply no worse company than this one!

A terrible carrier. The Bykhov-Moscow route. Inadequate and rude drivers. Luggage is pushed almost with their feet, which does not fit, everything is in the aisle. They may cancel the trip without warning.

The carrier is just GREAT. I sometimes go to Medyn Krichev. The bus is clean, the drivers are friendly and courteous
