A terrible carrier. The Bykhov-Moscow route. Inadequate and rude drivers. Luggage is pushed almost with their feet, which does not fit, everything is in the aisle. They may cancel the trip without warning.

The service is terrible, today 18..11.24. we drove to Moscow, we pay for the luggage, and the luggage is on our knees, in the cabin, there were bags right next to the driver on the seat, and the woman was sitting in the very back, who was seasick in the doreg and the place was not vacated, there is nothing to breathe in the minibus, because of things on the aisle I can't get off the minibus, there are no cash registers, they refused to give me tickets.
