Ситуация была несколько лет назад.
Кто-то из мастеров поцарапал авто.
Заметили это уже позже, приехали разбираться. Вместо того что бы адекватно обсудить вопрос и доказать свою невиновность со стороны сервиса, показать например записи с камер, хозяин сервиса начал кричать и угрожать вырвать мне язык.
Далее (возможно совпадение, но я сомневаюсь) мы отъехали от сервиса и спустя километр-другой обнаружили что у нас спустило колесо. Выйдя из машины мы обнаружили в нем гвоздь.

Обращался по кузовному ремонту.В принципе,что обещали,о чем договаривались,сроки,цена,все в порядке,и в цвет попали,самое главное...решпект...
