Hello everyone. I want to write a REAL review about cooperation with the company "AutoRio on Vladimirova" and WARN other car owners from getting into this office. I have a BMW 7th model car, which was at the car depot. When I had an insurance accident (they got stuck in the parking lot), I decided to repaint the scratched parts at the expense of the insurance. The insurance company advised me to contact this particular office, since they have been cooperating with them for a long time and persistently (which was my mistake that I agreed to this). I came to them and showed them the car, in addition to these parts, I had other parts that needed to be repainted due to chips. In general, almost the entire car, without some parts and a roof. I think they estimated their work at about $ 2000 (I don't remember exactly), the price tag is serious, since this is not the whole car!!! But since the insurance company pays for all this, I agreed. He handed over the car and waited. When I came to pick up the car, I thought I would see high-quality work for such money (naive), but I saw a bunch of "craters" and "streaks", to my question "what is it?" they began to jump off and tell some fairy tales about the complexity of the work of the painter))). I asked them to remove the most obvious flaws, which they did. In a good way, it was necessary to repaint completely again, but since I am not a particularly meticulous person, I took the car and left with small craters and streaks for $ 2000))). But the most important thing happened a year later. I started to lose the VARNISH in different places, at first I didn't pay attention to it, but then it just went everywhere!!!!!! Since I understood that the warranty had already ended, I did not make any claims against them. But recently I had another insurance case (they got stuck again) and I decided to go to the paint shop (but to another one), where they told me that the VARNISH was falling off due to non-compliance with the painting technology, asking me where I painted, I said that in "AvtoRio na Vladimirova" they said that "then it's clear, " and this is not an isolated case for me, there are many AutoRio cars with such problems. Plus, this falling-off VARNISH now needs to be STRIPPED OFF COMPLETELY, which significantly increases the cost of painting. I decided to go to AutoRio and listen to what they have to say about it. To my question "what is it?" they answered, "It stoned and raised the varnish when washing." I thought, of course, that they would have the courage to at least admit their mistakes and offer to redo them, but alas. They decided that I was a "sheep" and told me such a game!!! Is it the same for everyone to get varnish on a 10 square centimeter area when a stone hits?)))) I am attaching a photo! AVOID THIS PAINTING!!!! If you don't want to repaint your car in a year!!!! And for insurance cases, even more so, go straight to the officials and paint there and you will not know the problems like mine.

I painted several body parts there. They charge a lot and not only for painting, but also for every manipulation of the car. To remove / put something on - for a separate fee and not the smallest one either. In general, they painted it kind of well, but when I picked up the car - in the back seat in the cabin (!!!!) They left a lot of garbage - why did I need it??? the removed small parts were put back, not on all bolts, some bolts and fasteners were lost, scratches on the body, some parts (such as rubber gaskets) were brutally torn off, and not carefully removed, as a result of which they were torn, despite the fact that they charge separate money for assembly / disassembly! In general, the assembly / disassembly is barbaric, the attitude towards the client is also not the most pleasant. The service and the quality of the work performed are terrible. If I knew, I would have turned to another service.
