If this car service was the only one in Gomel, I wouldn't have gone there anyway.
The foreman at the reception of orders is incompetent. I wanted to change the clutch in the car. He told the master the brand of the car, tried to explain the features of the car. (I have a suzuki grand vitara. all-wheel drive at all times) The master interrupted me at the beginning of my explanation and said that they had recently changed the clutch in the same automab and knew all about the nuances.
They picked up a clutch kit for me using the vin. We agreed on the price for the work, recorded the car for repair in a week.
I arrived at the appointed time. The mechanic of the car service was not aware that he needed to change the clutch and he did not understand how he could remove the carob with a dispenser without special equipment. I asked how much I was told the price for the work . And he named the price twice as much as the master had announced . Of course I refused.The master called me and said that he did not know what kind of car I had, that there was a distributor, etc
. I went to another service and everything was done for me for a normal price.
I don't mind paying money for my work, but it's not the same that the price has doubled in a week.

We did the passat b5, the engine was tripled, the engine floor was sorted out (the injectors were cleaned, the hydrants were replaced, etc.) and the problem was not found. They climbed under the bottom and said that the entire suspension was broken and recommended everything for replacement from them, although their colleagues looked at the suspension before them and everything was OK, an extremely negative attitude towards them, I DO NOT RECOMMEND contacting ANYONE. p.s. When passing the inspection, the brake tube burst, I decided to go to the nearest service station, which turned out to be an autorio. Because there was no time to stay, the initial inspection was carried out without my presence. After calling the service, I was informed that the brake bleeder valve is broken, so I will have to change the caliper entirely. When I was released, I managed to visit it before closing the service, the master who conducted the inspection told me that in addition to the caliper, all brake tubes must be changed... It was decided to pick up the car and transfer it to another service, where I always repair, but the next day, when I came to pick up the car, I found a puddle of brake fluid under the car and had to repair it here... After talking with the master, he agreed to remove the caliper for repair and restoration (30 rubles for a new cylinder, rubber bands and a new fitting and 1.5 hours of time). After I brought the caliper, the master changed the tube (without offering to replace everything) and put the caliper, and also "developed" the caliper of the rear right wheel (there was a remark on that), although I did not ask for this... I drove the car to the house, and the next day I drove across the city to my parents with young children, in the middle of the way I heard friction in the front wheel, where they were working on the service... When I arrived to my parents, I found that the wheel was not screwed down, literally the bolts were being scrolled with my fingers... But that's not all, after a couple of days, friction began in the rear wheel, the brakes of which were allegedly developed, after lifting the car, I found that the pads did not capture the disc, which they did not say a word to me at the service, but they took money for repairs.... It is necessary to repair the car after repair at this service... For the first time I came across such a car service, I don't set foot there anymore....
