An hour later, on the same day, I called back for another product, as I thought about the entire previous conversation with the seller and decided to change the product, but the seller could not immediately respond to the price of another product and asked to postpone it to the next day. It suited me. But for the reliability of the transaction, in a Viber conversation with this seller, I specified twice which phone to call me back (not write!). The reason was my business trip and I was already using a different phone.
On the evening of March 28, without waiting for a call, I call the seller myself. The answer to my question is simple: "I don't read Viber, maybe I overlooked..." So you left your data and the seller doesn't read it? Well, that's good...That's half the trouble. Then the seller, not feeling guilty, told me to wait five days for the day of dispatch, which means that I would have waited two days plus. The seller's carelessness turned into unnecessary trouble for me in communicating with him and, accordingly, disrupted my deal with the client. And on the phone, it was worthwhile for the seller not to be rude to me, but just to apologize. I do not recommend the seller. Apparently, business is booming according to previous reviews, and customers can be ignored... To my question, will you sell the product or will you lecture me that it's my fault? The answer killed me outright: "no!". I wish him well, unlike he wished me well. The salesman seemed nervous to me!
